Review 3：1. There was no WiFi in the rooms. In addition even the WiFi in the hotel area was not stable. 2. It is not located right on the beach. You have to walk 5 minutes to get to the nearest beach. 3. It doesn't have its sunbeds on the beach. You have to order something in other cafes and restaurants to be able to use their sunbeds.

Review 9：I booked for a triple room, but room was on the rear side and it was dark. I wanted to change the room, however I was told that all other rooms were fully booked. As a result for the same priceI stayed on a dark room which was looking to a wall. Wi-fi does not work on the room, you have to be at the pool or at the bar. But it's very slow when these places are a little crowded.

Review 12：I stayed at this hotel with my mom and we liked everything. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel from where you can take a bus to Xania (15 min), Elafonisi beach (about 2h), Gramvousa (about 1h). It was important since we didn't rent a car. The hotel is also across the street from the sea, you have to walk about 100m to the public beach. The hotel staff was always helpful and polite. In general it is a very good hotel and it is not expensive.

Review 13：The breakfast is a bit dull, some baked beans would be a good and inexpensive addition and/or more types of coffee. The internet connection is free of charge but very slow and very hard to connect. I would pay an extra fer for a better connection.

Review 14：The staff is extremely polite and helpful, always smiling and doing the best to provide high quality service. High quality cleaning on a daily basis. Even though it is a 3 stars hotel and the beach is not far, it still has a big pool with plenty of sun beds. The reception is very modern and comfortable and there is access to a stationary computer with printer. The rooms are big and modern and very well organised. The overall experience was much better than expected and I would come back to this hotel the next time I visit Creta.

Review 15：Wifi didn't work anywhere anytime. Although I don't need internet on holiday, I'd rather have a hotel that says they don't have internet at all, rather than say they have and you waste time trying to get emails and sites...

Review 17：Thats my first time ever comment on booking.com. I`ve decided to make one since this hotel was (with no doubt) the best possible pick on Kalamaki coast I`ve could make. With not even a single thought you can pick it up for your days at Crete. You will enjoy it fully. This hotel should be 4 stars hotel!

Review 18：We had booked a room and paid for with Cretan sea view, the view was sideview and not what we expected, they said they couldn't change as they had no vacancy, the breakfast was of poor quality, the beach and cafes were app. 700 metres away, the staff was unhelpful, they insisted on getting paid in cash due to the banking situation in Greece, which is not accurate as we paid by credit card in other hotels in Crete. Not happy with this hotel and will not recommend it.

Review 22：Wifi was a little difficult to connect to at times, but we weren't there for wifi. We worked around it and found the best times to use it was in the middle of the day. The only reason wifi was a big deal is because we didn't have any other way of contacting our families.

Review 23：The staff was excellent and made us feel very comfortable and at home. We booked a sea view room, and we were not sure what to expect. Our balcony looked straight out and it was beautiful. The place looked just like the pictures and you can tell that they take so much pride in their hotel. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in Europe. I was very surprised it was free. Great hotel, and would definitely return if I ever visit again!

Review 34：Tidy, clean hotel. Conveniently located on bus route that takes you to town or to nice beaches every 20 minutes. Friendly personnel. The pool works great, if you have kids (6 & 9 for me).

Review 35：I asked for a twin room but was given a double with no option to change. credit card taken for deposit but I was only allowed to pay cash of which I didn't have. half the menu was not available to eat. none of the draught beers available. no pool towels provided. wifi only worked in the bar section and some pool areas. smoking smoking smoking everywhere!! while I was eating breakfast as I entered the hotel while I sunbaked at the pool disgusting!

Review 39：If you went on holidays for the wifi forget it, its absolutely terrible,poor signal which constantly drops. However we were on holidays so itwas only frustrating when attempting to Google information on the area/ amenities. Breakfast was ok, not fantastic but was fine for theweek. A lack of food and ice creams around the pool bar during the daywere a little annoying but you have so much beach that you end upspending your time outside of the hotel and only coming back to thehotel in the evenings

Review 40：We just returned yesterday after spending seven days at Elektra BeachHotel and were very impressed with the property. While not in a towncentre the location is easily accessible through the local bus services.Taxis can be difficult to hail down so I suggest requesting reception tocall for one if needed. It is within 5 minutes walk of a number of nicerestaurants (Nesaki, Kalamaki, Bamboo), shops and beaches which isextremely handy and perfect for swimming. The hotel was spotless withmaid service every day, pool was delightful, clean and quiet.

The location is just a few minutes walk to the beach and to several restaurants. The staff was amazing! Review 53：Clean , well - run house, good staff . Easy to find, good access to Chania by bus, stop is 15 mts from the house. Everything are comfortable ,beds , bar chairs, etc. Decent size pool maintained properly. Nice patio. Good beaches are around , from appr. 300 mts. Even the economy room -for my 17-21 children -provided proper comfort.

Review 60：Nice hotel, spotlessly clean. Well positioned near to some nice restaurants and with a very frequent bus service to Chania stopping just outside the door. Bit of a walk to the nicer beaches in the area but this was generally enjoyable in the sun. Staff friendly but not highly knowledgeable about local area/buses to airport etc when asked. Breakfast plentiful but not the most tasty - cheap versions of cereal, croissants, chocolate spread, bread etc used (which were quite bland), and no fresh fruit available at breakfast, but a good variety of food at least. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay in this quiet relaxing area.

Review 103：Unprofessional stuff!!! At first we were offered the wrong room. Than we got a different room and had to move to our room after unpacking, with not one word of apology from the stuff. If you want the towels replaced you need to ask! and bring your own soap, they only give a very small bottle and never replace it!
