Review 1：big pillow, too big not comfortable. Curtains , well, blinds, not big enough to cover window!!!, did not feel private..and light too early in morning, fix these problems and i would come back.

Review 3：The bathroom must have an outside wall and it was a bit cold. However, we had the door to it closed during the night. Had we left the door open I believe it would have been warmer.
Review 4：We arrived on a very cold (-11C) night after a snowstorm. The room was warm and comfortable. We had a very early flight the next morning and the staff was excellent with the wake up call and very accommodating with the free shuttle. We left before breakfast.
Review 5：Great Location ! 5 mins away from the airport (by Car). If you arrive late or have early flight the next day, is a great location to stay by. Free shuttle bus service available, which is very good for the tourist without car rental. Recommend!

Review 12：Striking decor, a tremendous location, a fantastic price, what's not to like? My wife and I needed comfortable, reasonably priced accommodations near the Zagreb airport to catch a morning flight, and Cool Rooms could not have been better. While there is no restaurant on site, there is a wonderful, casual local eatery a five-minute walk down the road. Cool Rooms has a very friendly staff, and everything is punctual and efficient (when they say their shuttle to the airport will be ready at 7 am, it is not 7:05). Cool Rooms is not the place for a romantic week-long vacation, nor does it offer extensive amenities, but I wish every airport I had to travel through had a Cool Rooms nearby. Highly recommended.
Review 13：The hotel told us the airport info desk would call them when we arrive so they knew to pick us up, however the info desk refused to do this. We didn't have a mobile phone so was a bit tricky to get in touch - a lovely gentleman lent us his phone though!

Review 23：The location is just great. It is within walking distance of the airport, where you can catch the airport bus to downtown Zagreb. They also have a van to take you to the airport with all your luggage. The room was bright, new, and nicely decorated. And, the staff, for the most part, is helpful.

Review 36：Excellant room when you have an early flight. Hotel will bring you to the airport for free and at any time (we had to leave at 6.00 in the morning to catch the flight of 8.00). From the airport there is a bus going to the busstation of Zagreb to have an afternoon visit. Hotel is always willing to pick you up from the airport, but you can also walk, so it is that close to the airport.

Review 48：We stayed at Cool Rooms, because we were taking an early flight from ZAG airport the following day. The hotel is located quite close to the airport. We did the walk the night before and it took 15 minutes, however, the hotel does also offer a free shuttle to the airport in the morning. The stay itself was about average. You get what you pay for, smaller room, bed isn't quite the equivalent of a Westin, but then again, you're paying $45 a night to stay close to the airport.

Review 59：Room was very dirty and old, full of some grasshoppers (maid left window open and they got in). There was dirt on walls, it is not that new as it looks on photos. Bed is not that big and it has 2 mattresses connected as "double". AC was very loud, probably not cleaned for some years. Some rooms are connected to night bar, so as soon as you open anything, it is very noisy. Girl from reception was in night bar, so I had to search for her. But she was very polite, to be honest. In overall, I would not recommend this rooms.

You have to walk through the park in front of the airport, turn to left, pass the fenced gate into the residential street, go down several blocks, turn right and you will find it at the intersection. It is very clean, equipped with breakfast and parking spots. The room is spacious and meets all we need.

Review 124：The manager gave another group of guests our room key in the middle of the night when we were sleeping, my mom who was just experiencing her first independent travel with me was so scared when someone else suddenly got inside our room. I know it is a mistake, still it is too big of a mistake. There're places with rooms of better value close by too.
