Review 1：The staff were always very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location and you could get straight out of bed and practically fall onto the beach. The apartment was very specious and comfortable. We would highly recommend a stay at Seafalios.

Review 2：Unfortunately their phone number is often unreachable. We have said we will arrive at 21:00, arrived at 20:00 and could not reach the owners by phone. We had to ask in the nearby restaurant for help in contacting the owners. Tried to call the number before flight to Greece and the call was not answered as well.

Review 3：Very nice and clean resort. We had some little problems with the door lock and TV remote during check-in, but they were quickly fixed. Always kind and ready to help. Good kitchen, furniture, safe, dishes and beds - totally OK. The beach is just 5 meters from the rooms' door.

Review 4：Sea facing rooms were clean comfortable and excellent size. All the staff and Martha the owner are very friendly and helpful. Everything on your doorstep, free sun beds on the beach plenty of tavernas and a small supermarket. The apartments even have a small plunge pool.

Review 5：Poor breakfast; tv only in Greek and Russian language; air condition didnot work; during 4 days no English speaking staff available (only Greekspeaking); problems with the keycard; Wi-Fi works only some hours perday and very instable.

Review 11：Virtually no entertainment for young people, or you have to go tonearest towns or Chania. Not something interesting to see when youwalking around, a little dull. Not represented Water Sports (for someonelike that). But it applies more to the place than to Seafalios :)

Review 12：Excellent location - close to the bus. To walk to Chania about 1-1,2hour. Comfortable, and most importantly, clean rooms with well-equippedkitchen (cleaning every 2 days - it's great). When we arrived, we founda gift bottle of wine (very pleasure)/ The sea is very clean, nicesandy beach, good entrance to the sea - very good for people withchildren. Russian speaking personal - it is also a big plus.There are afew cafes with local (Cretan) and European cuisine, few super markets.On the opposite side Seafalios app is car rental and tour desc.Veryquiet, peaceful place, but will like those who enjoy either exclusivelybeach rest or excursions. And rest easy with the children - a goodbeach and sea.

Review 13：The room is somewhat small and the kitchenette a bit dated. Don't plan on cooking anything else than breakfast. Beds could be softer and the main road is quite noisy. The room is cleaned every day but you can't avoid some sand on the floor. Guess it comes with the location right on the beach.

Review 14：The best with Seafalios - location! Situated right on the beach with several good restaurants nearby. It's a real quiet location; the only thing that makes noise is the main road. It's perfect for families with small children. The hotel has a small but clean pool if you want to spend some time relaxing before or after the beach. Well-equipped kitchenette with stove, coffee machine, water heater etc. If you are looking for a quiet place at a great location and don't mind going out to eat this is the place for you. If you want an all-inclusive resort with animation team, look elsewhere. Within a few hundred meters you'll find everything you need; supermarkets, restaurants, travel agencies, car rentals, ATM etc.
