Review 1：Bed was too hard. My back hurt sleeping in it.
Review 2：All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They took great efforts to ensure that we had a decent breakfast, that the rooms were cleaned and that any enquiries were answered. The views over the Gulf of Corinth were particularly stunning, and the hotel was centrally-located near to all the best bars, restaurants and places of interest.

Review 4：perfect location for beach, shops, bars etc. No problem with road parking. Very good for people watching from the front bedroom terrace! Very friendly woman on reception. Wonderful art deco hallway and stairs!
Review 5：We stay at Plaza hotel for 3 nights. Good value for money. We have a triple room mountain View, she was clean and comfort. The staff was so friendly especially "Genta" :) The Breakfast was good. Thanks for everything.

Review 10：The bathroom was tiny and the door wouldn't close (not really an issue as a lone traveller but could be embarrassing otherwise). The wifi was very hit and miss, I struggled to connect my iPad in the room. They were redecorating rooms further down the corridor from my room so the smell of paint was quite overpowering on the first day.
Review 11：The view was really to die for, simply sensational. Good location, near the lower taxi rank and in close proximity to bars and restaurants. Small balcony but perfectly adequate to take in the loutraki sunsets.

Review 14：Completely disappointed,i booked the best room of that Hotel "as was said" but on the contrary it was dirty, smelling disgusting. Last but not least was not organised and with extremely rude reaction from the people there, when i told them that this is not what i was expecting from the photos and the description i had via internet.

Review 26：Rooms are close to what the pictures looked like but not the actual deal- very tight for doubles- more like singles w double beds & grossly out dated. Needs painting in the rooms, sinks were cracked & leaking. Electricity kept going out everyday. No hot water the second day there late int he evening until I ran done to speak with the Staff. Towels & bedding are not changed everyday. Smoking terrible during breakfast-but that's Greece for you, not hotels fault. Suggestion to hotel-request all guests not to smoke during breakfast! At entrance posted they Accept Visa on a glass sign at front door, at checkout they only accept cash.. now that's a problem! and point to a tiny sign that says cash only. Staff at check out rude and loud. thanks to the owner Nicko all was made well.
Review 27：Price was good for the super busy time of the year, when all the top hotels are sold out or too expensive. We had two rooms-doubles hahaha!.Located about 10 steps from the sea,super convenient.Nice Staff - Mostly! Rooms are cleaned everyday by a nice young Albanian woman-friendly & accommodating to the our schedule.Breakfast was included in the room price -very nice(semi continental) but more than enough to enjoy.Would probably recommend if still under same ownership-Niko Kontis & updated a bit. Thanks to Nikos quick & professional attention to a matter at check-out it did not escalate int a huge issue.
Review 28：The balcony was filthy (I don't blame the receptionist they should have more staff to help her) she was only one person so it was difficult when I washed my clothes to put them outside to dry They didn't have a dry cleaning facility or a wash room for a washing machine. The glass table on the balcony was also dirty The tv would switch off automatically The fridge would not keep the drinks water cold so I had to get my water frozen with their fridge. The bed mattress were extremely uncomfortable and I was waking up everyday with a very sore back and took 3 depon for the back pain I did comment on the hard mattress.
Review 29：The lady receptionist was lovely so welcoming and very good at her job. She did everything there- answer phones, change the beds, clean the rooms, vacuum them, fabulous. Provided breakfast Loved the Wi-Fi Loved the breakfast great start to the day I wish it was until 11 am not to 10 am. Location was great in the city centre The showers were lovely and warm and there were ample towels.

For the money, it's not bad, but it Greece, you do expect your dollar to go a bit further and there are comparably-priced hotels with much better service and facilities than this one.
