Review 1：Total lack of professionalism of staff especially front desk and administration, forced us to pay only cash for every single thing we got, shouted to waiters in front of clients, even called us to tell us off if we charged the room and didn't pay cash, did not talk politely, rude and indiscrete, total disappointment. its a pity for such place to have such bad staff. Also rooms were very small with no room to put the luggage, small balcony connected to other balconies and a window-door as the main door to the room. Have traveled enough to know that this shouldn't be a 4 star hotel....and this staff should not even be working in the hotel industry

Review 3：No bathroom on the beach. The property overall not suitable for babies with cargo. The room with garden view (along the street) not comfortable acording privacy, you cannot open the curtains at all because everyone pasding can see at your room. They could have plant some trees along the boarder to stop somehow people from the street look inside. A bit expensive for this period of year (Sep 2015)
Review 4：The location is wonderful. The beach is fantastic, probably the best in the whole area of Syvota. The room services are very good.

Review 7：big delays in room cleaning (perhaps due to hotel being fully booked). We had black plastic bags outside our rooms almost till 16:00. Worse of all, having put up with this situation, when on day of checkout we asked for leaving 20 minutes later, we were told it is not possible because of cleaning (as if they had been punctual till now!)

Although we have booked the room almost 8 months is advnace, they gave us the worst room possible. -They didn't come every day to clean. And even when they did, the cleaning was really really poor.

Review 20：There was no transportation provided by the hotel and combined with the lack of vehicles for rent,we had a really big problem with our every day transportations due to the hotel location. No wifi at all in any of the areas of the apartment or pool. Cleanlliness of the room was really poor.We didn't have sheet or towels changed The bathroom was really small and poor for a 4 star hotel!

Review 22：The beds are rock hard but we traveled all over Greece and all the beds were like that. Our friends stayed at Oriana just down the hill from Ornella and their beds were really nice if that is important to you, but they had no view at all.
Review 23：Beautiful view! The staff was so wonderful (especially Julia) and they tried so hard to make sure we were happy. Awesome beach and the "downtown" area is just down the hill we took a taxi, only 5 euro, you could walk it with some good walking shoes!

Review 89：Staff (both receptionists, one of them may have been the owner) was very unprofessional, rude and insulting, they even accused us for lying (!) to skip any responsibility. It's a shame that ordinary matters like cleaning the room became the reason for dissatisfied customers. WiFi access was useless all the time. They told us it's temporary but visitor reviews prove that problem exists since years and they do not fix it.

Review 96：The rooms have these lovely massive sliding glass doors but they could also use net curtains for privacy. As a result we had to keep our heavy curtains drawn at all times and couldn't enjoy the light and the view to the pool. We were really surprised by the fact that smoking was allowed in the breakfast / reception area despite the fact that it is an enclosed space! When we called the reception we were told to wait around 15-30 minutes for other guests to finish! Other than these few points we were very happy there, cheaper than the other 4-star hotels.

Review 103：- No running water - No WIFI in the rooms - Poor mobile reception. - Poor breakfast For a four star hotel you would expect to have running water at all times and particularly hot water when you want to have a shower. When we stayed at this hotel the water was freezing cold in the afternoon after 5pm/ or there was no water whatsoever. When we reported the issue, management said we were too demanding. Nobody tried to rectify the problem or offer compensation for the frustration this situation had caused. Instead they blamed everything on the local council and said that we should be more tolerant too these type of mishaps. As a result of this fiasco we were forced to cut our holidays short and leave the hotel earlier than planned. This was not a four star, not even a three or two star experience. I have stayed at two star hotels with much better service and facilities.

When issue was repeatedly reported to the stuff and the manager, their response was not customer pleasant. This kind of response I wouldn't expect even in the lowest hostels. Very rude. You dont try to fool the customers. I spent an frustrating hour re-typing password on six different access points, where if I was told upfront that there are technical issues I wouldn't mind not having internet on such a beautiful place. 4 star hotel should be able to resolve such "minor" issues immediately. No compensation.
