Review 1：Room smelled of damp. Was changed to other room which had dirty towels stained and ripped bedding which also smelled very bad. Dirty bath mat. Changed room again and not charged for night but made feel we were complainers. Won't stay agsin.

Review 3：The staff was fantastic very helpful and chatty. The food there was to die for, great value for money and big portions, the room was great, big bed and everything clean. We went to town later and found out out that there is a courtesy bus available for guests, i couldnt of asked for more will certanly stay again.

Review 4：The staff were really friendly and helpful with everything we needed. One of the bar staff even gave us a lift to catch a bus. The food was great and it´s a really warm and comfortable place.

Review 5：Got in about 2am on the Thursday morning and the barman would not sell us a drink, even though locals were still in the bar. Extremely disappointed - what happened to the famous Irish hospitality?

Review 6：The only thing that we were worried about being a bit of a problem was getting to and from the nightlife in Navan town which is 5 minutes away. The staff were more than happy to help with finding us a taxi service & booking it for us themselves. They rang our room when the taxi was outside & it picked us up at the door.

Review 7：Staff were very welcoming & friendly. Dinner was delicious & there was a lot to choose from. Very warm & cozy atmosphere. Rooms are lovely & very spacious. Breakfast was lovely & staff were very understanding & helpful when some of us had special requests regarding our breakfasts. They couldn't do enough for us. I'll definitely be going back in future.

Review 8：No interaction from staff, given keys and off we went. Breakfast very little choice and no extras given- like no basket of toast, just toast if you have a hot breakfast. Ate at 10am in the bar while pints were being drank beside us. Laundry room door open for all to see beside our room. Big bathroom yet nowhere to leave toiletries etc except for the windows sill. Had shower only to realise the two towels were in the bedroom. Grubby fluffy bath mat also. Grand place if you are out there in the bar for the night but overpriced otherwise. We were not asked about our stay. Paid at the bar rather than the reception desk which looked unused.

Review 10：The bed was a small double even though the booking said king size! Wifi didn't connect in our room.

Review 11：The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room key also opened a separate entrance to get in the building so at night we didn't have to worry about getting back too late!

Review 12：The wash hand basin had been pulled away from the wall and was held in place with a piece of wood. It looked awful. I can appreciate that it might have recently happened, but it did look bad. I also lost a hubcap off my car in the hotel car park overnight.

Review 14：Pillows were terrible, pillows are 6 quid in Dunnes or pennys, they should invest, noisey, fire doors that closed themselves with a loud bang and suction noise, we didn't have a great sleep

When my little granddaughter requested ice cream with her toast for breakfast, it was promptly delivered and she was delighted! We will certainly be returning to this lovely place!
