Review 1：nreakfast not early enough if you have a 9:00 am flight

Review 2：Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to airport, although shuttle did not run early enough for us to make a 9:00 am flight

Review 3：facilities are out-dated. especially bathroom(You have to use two faucets to control the temperature of water). No elevator(but the staff helped me with carrying my luggage, so it wasn't a problem).

Review 4：Staffs are really nice and helpful!! Free shuttle service to the airport! Although facilities are a little bit out-dated(for example, it has two separate bathroom, one for bathing, one for toilet) But it's really spacious and equipped with what you would generally need . Breakfast was great considering its price(bread, egg, ham, cereals, jam, tuna jam, coffee, milk, juice, etc) And it's located in living town which is small, lovely, quiet town. you can take short walk around the town(the bus station, cafes are very close). There is Mac Donald near hotel, and when you walk toward Mac Donald, you will find little local market which sells fruit, chesse and ham(which has more local mood comparing to Zagreb famous fruit market. but it's much smaller) This hotel looks like it was flourished around 1980 and probably luxurious hotel in this town, but became outdated as time passed by. I would recommend this hotel to those who have to stop-over near the airport. Good choice to stay!!

Review 5：The hotel told us they were open all night but once arrived at 1h they were closed. Fortunately, they let a note on the reception door telling us we had our key room inside the room. The hotel is dilapidated (except the breakfast place) with a smoking smell.

Review 7：Very old furniture. The hotel needs renovation as soon as possible. The balcony was closed - the door handle was missing.. And it was 35*C in the shadow! Could not find a place for a dinner at 8-9 pm! - even food stores were closed at that time

Review 9：The rooms are dated in serious needs of renovation. Many lightbulbs are missing and curtains are dirty. The biggest negative goes to the lack of air conditioner which ales hot summer nights unbearable .

Review 14：Everything else. It was not clean, there were loads of stairs, the staff looked bored (apart from one young lady at reception) and failed to pick us up from the airport at the agreed time. The furniture was really old and there were broken windows in our room.

Review 17：The location was near a McDonalds (during the Easter holidays, needed to eat something, and this was the only place open late at night). Being near a bus station (especially the 268). The staff (especially Ulen (sorry for the misspelling), many "spasibas" for the hospitality). The complimentary airport shuttle service (make certain to reserve in advance at the time of booking).

Review 18：The open balcony to get to the room felt very exposed, the place had not had a thorough clean in a good while- for example the extension socket was grubby, the window cills filthy and the layout odd- ie a room that would not open that one did not know where it led.

Review 19：The staff spoke English, did not mind me turning up early, were helpful in explaining about the buses and in giving lift to airport. The room was spacious, the bedding clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast was good.

Review 20：It is a motel above a strip mall. Old and worn and a little untidy (floors), we used it just as a place to sleep for a few hours between planes. I would not recommend it as a place to stay for longer than necessary. The walls are thin and the people in the room next to ours were having a party of some sort. Not enough wall plugs - I had to put my phone/alarm clock in the plug near the floor for the TV.

Review 35：The facility, actually the rooms need a little updating. There was a high tub and an older person could have a problem getting in and out.

Review 36：I chose Bijela Ruza for its location, which was walking distance from family. The staff was friendly and accomodating. There was a little problem with arrival as we were four but arriving on different days and needed one room with twin beds and one with double bed. All was resolved and taken care of via e-mail and phone.

Review 46：Well, I took for granted that a three-star hotel, which I booked a roomat, should have air-condition - but it had not. (I did not ask theconditions very carefully when I made my booking - but I took forgranted that ac is mandatory at a three star hotel).In our room (which had two bedrooms), there was only ONE fan. I asked the reception if they had an extra fan, but they said the hotel was fully booked. I doubt that since my family were the only ones at the last hour of the breakfast, and the keys in the keyshelf in the reception had not moved too much over the night. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Review 52：There is no air contioner in the rooms. There is no mosquito net on the windows. There is only one ventilator in the room. I recommend this accommondation in all seasons except summer days with temperature over 30 Cels. degrees. Breakfast poor.

Review 56：Rooms are old converted appartments from socialist era... Our room was on third floor and we practicly had no heating in room. Receptionist admited that something is wrong but he could not explain what. Very poor bedding...under all wester european standards. Look somewhere else - there are plenty of options in the area.
