Review 1：Low score on room's deco. Bare walls and minimal details with low light made me feel like I was in a prison cell. Dirty looking and small towels were another big minus.

Friday Night - Noodles Promotion They have a few choices of noodles and I selected Ramen Noodles, but was served Udon Noodles and when I ask the serving staff why was it Udon instead of Ramen his reply was that they have always been using Udon for Ramen Noodles... It really makes me wonder if the Chef know how to different between Udon & Ramen

Very extensive breakfast with many Asian as well as Western options. Cooked to order eggs and omelettes. Fresh waffles. Nice pool to freshen up after a day of exploring the city in the hot weather. I can definitely recommend this hotel as the rooms are really nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the pool is also very nice and cools you down after a hot day at the temples. The staff was incredible. My boy-friends birthday was on the day of our arrival and I informed the hotel about this in our booking. They offered to put a complimentary fruit plate into our room. When we arrived the fruit plate was there as well as a hand written birthday card, signed by the general manager. This was really nice. But it became even better, in the afternoon it knocked on our door and a crew of about 7 employees including the chef and staff from the reception held a cake with a candle and sang for my boy-friend. This was a huuuge surprise also for myself. It was a great birthday, we really appreciated this! The breakfast was very good, big selection of indonesian food, omlett & waffles as well as toast and pastries.

I had to keep on calling reception to complaint, which ended in the noise stopping altogether. If you want to do work, then don't give the rooms nearby to customers. Simple.

Its just a small thing to mention but I'm sure they will improve in the future, the hotel is brand new :-) On the other hand they explained to us where we could find travel agencies in Malioboro.

Review 86：Very good hotel! We where ariving very early because we just came from visiting the Borobudur (Sunrise). They have a room on the ground floor where you can store your luggage until you are able to check in. They will give you a ticket which you can use to pick it up later. In the mean time you can explore the shopping street Malioboro. And go to a nearby travel agency to book a trip to the Prambanan. And of course the 3 day trip to Bromo-Ijen-Ketapang! Originally we booked one night at the hotel, but we decided to book another night at the lobby because we booked both trips mentioned above. Unfortunately we had no luck because no rooms where available. But we asked to let us know when a room comes available as soon as possible and they did! Within 30 minutes we where just unpacking our luggage we got a call! We where very happy! Another great thing: There is a ATM downstairs with security and a small super market!

Review 87：The pool is pretty okay, and gets a fair amount of sun, but there are more tables and chairs than there are sunbeds, so chances are you might not get one unless you arrive early. They offer a late check out up to 4pm for 25% of the room price. As my train was at 4pm, this appealed to me and was also part of the reason I chose Neo, but they were full that night so they couldn't accommodate me. Wasn't too happy about drilling and banging, aka maintenance work, starting at 7.30am close to my room. The safe deposit box in my room was locked when I arrived. Reception told me they'd send someone up and asked me to wait in the room for them. I waited for 30 minutes and gave up.

Review 88：Stayed at Neo for one night after spending a week across town on Jl. Prawirotaman. I chose Neo for its proximity to the railway station and Jl. Sosrowijayan, and because it had a pool. I'd spent a week exploring Yogya, and wanted a day to chill out before heading east to Surabaya en route to Bromo, Ijen and Bali. All in all, a pretty decent stay. Generic modern budget/mid-range hotel, room , breakfast etc. No complaints.

Review 105：I travel with a 1 year old, we do spend quite lot of time in the room for naptime/bedtime. The hotel needs serious noise isolation work ! One, if not, most noisy hotel I've been staying. Let me just try to list those annoying things : That you will hear through the room door - elevator music in the corridor, not cut at night, - hotel elevator signal when passing at your floor - people moving furnitures in the upper level rooms - floor is not carpeted which could be a plus or a minus... That you will hear through the windows - train motor + horn - train station speaker announcing departures/arrival - train signal to restrain traffic - various construction/renewal works inside and outside the hotel - traffic from the street - people shouting in the swimming pool when it's bedtime for others Leaving no frequency-space available in my bleeding ears for the daily morning call to prayer which would just have been nice to hear.
