Review 1：This is a great fun place. owners rock! they are so friendly and helpful and just all around nice people. Location is great. close to beach. bus . taverns. grocery. easy to get around and very safe feeling. pool is really nice and deep... just all around calm and welcoming spot ..would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

Review 2：The hotel is located at a height. It's a quite steep hill to the ocean. NOT a problem for us, but it might be a problem for other travelers

Review 4：When I first arrived the owner put me in a room which looked very different than the one shown in the photos and said there had been a mistake with the booking and I would change room the next day. The room had seen better days, both wall sockets near the bed were hanging out of the wall, an accident waiting to happen. There were no shutters and even using the blackout curtains the sun managed to wake me up. The air conditioner could not perform well. Same thing for the other room I moved in next day except it was even sunnier as it was on a higher floor. I left the room the next day as I was unable to sleep well.

Review 5：Nice pool and friendly staff. The fridge was full of beverages and biscuits and stuff you could buy and the price list was reasonable enough. Located near the main road where you could easily take the bus. There was a mini market in the premises selling mostly Lidl products.

Review 6：The beds and pillows, like most Greek beds, were not the most comfortable.

Review 7：The owners were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was large and spacious. The pool was nice to have. The location is on a hill a bit of a walk from the beach, but it has a spectacular view and is very quiet. It is very authentic Greece, not very touristy! Breakfast on the rooftop was very nice. 10 minute drive to Chania.

Review 9：Mike and Inka are super hosts! Breakfast was included and was a great selection with which to start the day. The pool was a great place to start or finish our day.

Review 11：Friendly owners, Mike and Inka, take an interest in their guests and are very helpful, seems nothing is too much trouble for them. Located in a quiet location but it is uphill walk from the road (and bus stops) and it may not suit everyone - but it does make you feel healthy!. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Review 15：Really nice family run hotel. Mike and his wife Inka were very friendly and accommodating. They were ensuring our stay at their place is superb, which it was. Highly recommended place, especially if you have a car and seek peace and quiet close to the city center of Chania. Highly Recommended.

Review 17：Very nice owners. Room is rather spacy. You may found a swimming pool, small cafe and shop right in the hotel. Comfortable location for those who plans travel by car - fast access to the motorway, only 10 minutes to Chania centre, parking on the hotel territory.

Review 18：The atmosphere in the hotel is fantastic because of Mike and Inka. We got a great room with a kitchen and views of the sea. I did not expect such a standard and many thanks for it.

Review 20：I have been there with wife and two kids aged 1 and 3 and two friends of us (couple). We've got two separate rooms - bedroom and kitchen in one and bathroom with shower. Were sharing balcony. Kids got cots and were sleeping beside our bed. There is nice pool outside (2.9m deepest) and one for kids as well. If you need milk, bread, fruits, ice creams, sweets or even beer you can get it from Mike's shop:). There's parking for about 6-7 cars but we have never any problems to park our one. Alexandros studios is close to taverns and local shops. Takes only few minutes walking. Highly recommended are Salavantes (trad greek food) and Nesaki (fab pizza and other italian food) just across the road. Must try!!! Lidl, Inka just 4-5 min driving. Beatiful beaches few minutes driving as well. Expecially Golden Beach is nice (except showers and toilets:). Apartments being cleaned and beds done every day. Sheets being changed every second day. Breakfast served up on the terrace over shop every day between 8.00-10.30; have choice of orange juice, tea, coffee hot or cold, bread, cheese, salami, ham, butter, honey,jams, yoghurt and watermelon/melon. Boiled eggs, cereals and vegs with additional small charge. There is bar with drinks available as well. Good oportunity to spend nice evening there:) Darts board and table tennis available. Wi-fi available on the balcony but much better beside pool but I have never tried that there. Was happy with it anyway. Sometimes a bit slow but didn't bother me. Mike and Inka are very nice people! Looking after all the guests, helping and answering every single question. It was great to have them there! Best of luck M&I!

Review 21：-location 20 minutes walk to the best beach in Kalamaki/Agios Apostoli, BUT it is completely not a problem for younger people. You may also take a bus (200m to a bus stop) for 1.1 euro.

Review 22：-atmosphere The owners make you feel like home. Everyday a lot of jokes, funny conversations. -quiet neighbourhood -bar & local market in the hotel (not expensive) -lovely terrace with a view on the sea -more or less everything was great!

Review 25：5 km west from Chania and close to the main coastroad, it's amazing how quiet this accomodation is. We had an appartment on the second floor with a great view on the swimming pool and the see behind. Very friendly and informal wellcome, good breakfast, well kept appartment, nice swimming pool, the ideal choice for a few lazy days.

Review 26：Very helpful and friendly owners of the hotel Inka and Mike :) Eager to help how to organize the trips, to rent bike/car. Close to the beach, 20-30 min by bus to Chania. A lot of tavernas close to the hotel, Very clean ant tidy rooms, mini-bar, fridge, air-conditioner in the room. Swimming pool for children and adults.

Review 27：Loved the Freindly owners Mike and Inka, they definately made us feel at home. Their knowlege and advice about staying in the Chania area is well above what you'll find in any travel guide. Great relaxing atmosphere. Lots of nationalities that mixed and chatted with our family. Great breakfast, enough to set you up until evening. Loved the view from the breakfast bar. Good sized pool, never over crowded. Our room was on the ground floor nearest the pool, which we requested before our holiday. Great access straight out to the pool side, so we were able to watch our youngest swimming all the time. Appartments up a narrow road which was a little steep, but we loved going up and down it, the view from the top is great and the kids raced each other to see who could get to the top first. Clean spacious basic apartments. Good value for money, great budget choice. The apartments are in the Kalamaki area of Chania and are in a really good position for visiting other areas near by Agia Marina Platania and Chania town. Jim & Diana King Dundee

Review 30：...Inka and Mike are perfect owners and they are very friendly....the rooms are absolutely confortables and cleans ...if you have any kind of problems they solve to you. The parking is free and safe. Sindy and Sandy, the two dogs are perfect guardians! ....ah, and you have ti eat everything in the morning or Mike will give you something more and different. PERFECT. Review 45：Alexandros Studios is the perfect place to stay near Chania. The Pool is nice, the rooms are big with large balconies. The hosts are wonderful, really helpful and friendly. From the rooms you have a nice view over the pool and the sea. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a very good place to stay, without spending too much.

Review 46：The only setback is its distance from Chania city centre. Mike was very kind and explained how to take the bus into the city, but we found that the #21 bus (the one the would take us there for 1.50 euro) came very infrequently. Perhaps it was because it was the off season.

Review 47：Overall, this hotel was a great value for our money. We were recommended to eat at an authentic Greek restaurant by the sea called "Salavantes". It was a fabulous recommendation. We could literally touch the sea with our toes, as it was a metre away from our table, our server was very friendly, the atmosphere was great for families or couples, and the food was extraordinary. There are a few nice beaches in this area and you're only a short bus ride away from the city. the hotel room was clean, and the pool was well kept as well.

Review 48：I make a reservation to this rooms and I read that in the room includeda hair dryer so I didnt bring from my home when I arive I search for itin the room but was no where the tv that has the rooms is not workingits says that it has Free toiletries but the only think that I found wasa used soap it says that it has also Slippers but still search to findthem I cant understand why the owner add all this in booking and theydont have in the end in the room and something that I forgot dont try tofind it without call its not signs that show u the way to reach it justhope that they answer the phone..

Review 50：Clean, spacious, comfortable, nicely furbished studio with sea view and big pool, surrounded by a green garden. Mihalis and Inka are the most helpful hosts; they have great tips on all the famous destinations as well as restaurants and beaches and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The place also has a well equipped mini-market with almost supermarket prices. Breakfast is absolutely sufficient in both quality and quantity. The apartments are close to some nice beaches and not too far from downtown Hania. If you wanna go around the island, you can reach the motorway in about 5 minutes.

Review 51：The facilities is a little bit "worn out" and some parts maybe need to be refurbished. The fridge was too warm, but we used the "freezer box" within the fridge to get normal fridge temperature. We didn't lke the fact that you had to be in the room (having the key in the keyhoder), in order to use the air condition. That's annoing, since it would be very comfortable to be able to cool down the apartment, while being out for the evening dinner.

Review 52：The owner (Mike) and his wife was very service minded and it almost felt as we vere visiting some relatives. We got a lot of "tourist information" and (as an example) we borrowed fishing equipment from him. The pool was nice and it was always free sunbeds, during our stay. The breakfast was OK, but a bit limited (no musli or cereals), but maybe we Swedes are "spoiled"...
