Review 1：They did not have a babybed, we expected a Five star hotel to provide that is a suggestion For improvement.

Review 2：Very friendly and helpfull staff!!! They understand service perfectst! Perfect location close to AirPort and not far from city center. Very comfortable hotel!!

Review 3：There was one occasion during lunch, whereby we had to wait for more than 45 minutes for the food. However the Manager & the staff at the restaurant were quick to apologize & make amends. Review 7：Poor quality of patio door, it didn't close properly leaving outside noise to ruin the peace. Free mini bar was actually a few drinks and an almond bar. Staff do not understand English well at all, which caused problems. The afternoon tea is simply a drink and a few cookies. Limited western dishes at breakfast, and those I tried were cooked in chilli.

Review 8：The Eastparc is only 10min from the airport and is great value for money. Staff are professional and welcoming. The rooms are well appointed and cosy with lovely beds and bedding. The restaurant serves a wide range of breakfast items with the choice of sitting inside or out. A lounge serves afternoon tea and biscuits if you have the higher grade room. Free transfer to the airport and city.

The breakfast buffet is also great. The room is clean and has large balcony with two chairs and one table. The surrounding area of the room is quiet. The guided tours provided by the hotel are also great. The tour guide Sunny is a very nice guide and gave us a lot of fun and told us interesting stories during the trips to Borobudur and Prambanam temples.

They suggested us a driver for a whole day for twice the price you can get in the city in no time. No shower gel in bathroom only soap. Only one hanger in bathroom for 2 persons. You can only turn off the light on the terrace if you disconnect the bulb... A poor 4 star hotel in my opinion, not 5

Review 39：It's a brand new hotel.SO everything is new and works well! I love the lush landscape, there are fresh lilies in the lobby so it always smells fresh & lovely. Our room was spacious. The room had Sarkasi Said handpainted batik works. It gave a nice tropical Asian touch.The bed and pillows are sooo comfortable- no problems falling asleep. Breakfast was great with a variety of local and Western spread. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the pool. Really great value for money. I'm definitely staying there again if I return.

I found the room slightly overprized, no breakfast included and they charge transport to airport 60000 rp per person ( we were 3 in the car .... so 180000 rp for a short transfer... better to take a taxi

Reached early and given early check ins and some of use were given complimentary rooms upgrade to the hotel’s premier room. What a pleasant surprise!!!! Our rooms were facing the pool with espresso machines inside. All rms were spacious with balcony. We all came down early for breakfast. The spread was good. Good mix of local and international buffet spread. Finally got to taste the supposedly must try Jogja Gudeg..must say that it’s a requires some getting used to. Overall..it was a great hotel to stay in. For the price we paid, everything was beyond our expectations.

Review 58：Booked this hotel based on reviews read. We figured we give this independent hotel a try. It was indeed a good experience. From service, to breakfast and room cleanliness. Worth mentioning is the spa and salon . its 3 storey high...my wife loves it. she even skipped the ramayana ballet to go for the spa again at night...

Especially enjoyed the food. Breakfast was splendid. We even had both dinners in the hotel restaurants. Cheap shishas at their Mediterranean cafe. The next night hubby tried the steak at their outdoor restaurant..while I sticked to my normal fish and chips..v nice meals indeed. Review 61：Brand new hotel…hence the gym and pool experience was amazing... Feels crisp and very clean. The room is big and has a tropical feel to it. .Staffs were helpful and attentive. Has a spore feel to it. Its no wonder its popular among sporeans. A note to caution is that there is no alcoholic drinks in this hotel since they have no license to sell it due to close proximity to schools and university. Great for family!
