Review 1：Windows should have screens/nets over them for privacy. The balconies are not private or separated, in that, somebody could walk by your bedroom window! Emailed a few days before to check whether or not the hotel had down pillows, (....a must for a good nights sleep!) and they said not to worry as they did but when we got there, we were told otherwise! I would have easily have brought my own had I known. Only 300m to the lifts but it seems like 300miles all kitted out! In the grand scheme of things, not much to complain about.

Review 2：The manager/owner was super and couldn't do enough for us. The rest of the staff were really friendly but struggled with English so a quite a few things were lost in translation. Hotel was clean, warm and the breakfast was really good. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel!

Review 15：We were to take a shower the last day after we had been skiing, but the manager claimed we had to pay for using the showers as we had checked out and weren't guests... Complete lack of service mindedness! Never staying here again nor recommending it.

Review 19：Tiled floor in the corridors and stairwells (while perfectly suitable for the snow/ski traffic) meant that every there was lots of noise coming from the corridor and stairwell (My room was adjacent to a stairwell) late at night and in the morning. Not good English at reception caused some confusion in seeking to extend my stay by a night.

Review 25：I booked it like ski-in ski-out, there only one black run to hotel and 500m walk to nearest lift. In the rooms problem with ventilation, if you need fresh air, you need open glass door to balcony, but it doesn't have fixation. Restaurant in hotel open only for breakfast.
