Review 1：The animation grouyp was poor, especially for children. There is no availiability to make a cup of coffee/tea in the room (availiable with extra charge). The all inclusive program doesn't include coffee. The food is only good and not more than that/

Review 3：Wifi is not great but two computers are available at reception with free internet. Reception staff was friendly but could do a better job at explaining yours/trips available around the area (you wont be told that there are cruises/train trips to be taken unless you specifically ask)

All inclusive usually poor quality food and drink. At Panorama it was varied, extensive and top quality. Extensive onsite parking facilities.

Review 13：The food was always cold, imagine the worst buffett, you ever had. And it would be better. They had good ingredients, but horrible cooking skills. The beds were hard as a rock. The staff was grumpy and far from a 4 star, try 2 star

Review 15：We had bad experience with one receptionnist (may be a manager, we don't know his name, he's older than the others) who was very rude and aggressive each time that he spoke to my sun. An other staff (also a man older than the others) at the restaurant seemed always angry. I work in a hotel and my husband in a restaurant (in Paris) and we were surprised to be mistreated.

Review 18：Good food, stayed for 4 nights here and the food was constantly changing, had new things in the last day too. Great pool, with water gymnastics programs, and other games. Staff was very friendly, gave me a cake for my birthday. Awesome view, awesome location where you can see both the sunrise and the sunset

Review 21：We dislike three things. The woman, who handed the drinks at the pool bar (very coarse). Recreational amenities. The hotel entertainment was very poorly prepared and executed (boring ). Outside the hotel there was no entertainment at all, as the hotel is located outside the city. Stony sea coastline and big waves did not give the opportunity to enjoy the pleasures of the sea.

Review 24：Why come to Crete when you live in Crete you might ask? Well the journey was short,our room 217 was spacious with an excellent view and the food and drink couldn't be faulted.

Review 25：Waiters uninterested. Breakfast (hot food), was cold and tired. Chef looked like she was chewing a wasp, and seemed to enjoy destroying eggs. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Air con' in the room was noisy sounded broken and had to be turned off so we could sleep. Lack of music/entertainment in the evening. Wifi in rooms only worked on one day.

After arriving from the cheesiest place in Crete, Chersonissos, full of drunken teenagers, colourfull and loud people, we manage to find some peace in Panorama Hotel. Chania is definetely the best area in Crete, where the landscape is astonishing and where the best beaches are. The hotel is clean, the view is umbelievable, good food, great staff, big pool, the hotel is so big that you can find the quietness you want, even if crowded.

Review 30：Staff was really helpful, especially the girl to the reception :) The food was also good and we enjoy the Cretan night they had. The location is perfect with a great view of a small graphic harbour! The bus that take u to city town was passing exactly outside the hotel and because it was the start point u can always find a seat).This is my second review about this hotel but i couldn't ignore the email and not write again my opinion! "Leptos Estates" company its a guarantee of quality and good service so i didn't expect anything less. I enjoy their facilities to Paphos also and i'm very satisfied with them. Obviously they know how to run a business! Thank you, i really enjoyed this holidays!

Review 69：Not really beach hotel, although there is a small stony beach downhilland over the road (although just 3 minutes to walk) with no facilitiesexcept some sunbeds. That said, there was almost nobody on the beach soit was nice and quiet staying there. :)Internet was slow and unreliable, and many (most?) rooms didn't have it at all. Not very impressive lunch and breakfast. And I still find it weird that ina a country with the best oranges in the world, the orange juice they serve is still "powder based" of the type you normally only get in budget hotels. Also note that there are essentially no restaurants/tavernas in walking distance from this hotel. Not difficult to catch a bus though.

Review 70：Very friendly and nice staff.OK rooms. Some of the sea-view rooms also have lawn outside. In general OK, but some issues.

Review 71：This hotel really really needs to have more than one instant coffee machine for the breakfast buffet. The buffet was nice BUT they really need to have a nice coffee maker or at least two, waiting for coffee shouldn't happen.
