Review 1：Damir is an amazing host and a person and you will hardly find better, friendlier and more helpful host than he is. Apartment is clean, has everything you need and heating is great. It is also very quiet even though it is close to the main road. Parking space is big and safe. Location is fine if you are with a car, just 10 minutes do Plitvice lakes.

Review 13：This place is in urgent need for upkeep maintenance and even some remodeling. The guest who said it is should score no more than 7 was right, with all sympathy to the owners. Specifically, the kitchenette is crumped; no place for an electric kettle [we had to put is on the floor]; there is an oven indeed, but it is suck behind a cabinet such that you just cannot open it; electric power sockets in the kitchenette are loose - security hazard; no TV signal [the owner confirmed this]; one of the showers was clogged, leading to overflow; the furniture is a hodge-podge of left-over pieces accumulated over the years; 3 beds in each of the two bedroom + a sofa bed in the eating place by the kitchen. Sorry, but that's the situation. Now figure for yourselves.

Review 19：The house is perfectly located between Plitvice and Rastoke village. Our hosts went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay, whether by giving us good advice regarding Plitvice or helping us with the (awesome) open fire BBQ. Highly recommended.

Review 20：Nice place right on the route to plitvice. Good maintained, clean but not modern, very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen a lite crowded, but you can cook meals without issues. The nice green lawn and the swimming pool where an unexpected and great addition for travelling with kids. Owners are very friendly and provided great tips to enjoy the area.

When we arrived, we were greeted by our host and he was funny, hospitable, and helpful. I was traveling with a group of 6 and we all agreed that we will return to spend more time at this place. Review 28：You all know the excitement when you turn the key and enter your new apartment... Will it be good or not, will it meet your expectations.... This time I was a bit afraid of that moment, while House Palijan had an extraordinary 9,4 out of 126 reviews. Maybe I was expecting too much, and we would be disappointed.... Immediately by entering this great apartment (No. 3), we were delighted! Pics were very nice, but this looked even so much better! The apartment is very cosy and spacy, very good equipped. E.g. slippers, hygiene supplies and kitchen equipment. I was delighted to find salt and oil in the kitchen, this was very useful for our breakfasts! Everything was so clean, like in some 5-star hotels! Their excellent homemade plum brandy was already waiting for us in the fridge, and we event get one bottle on the farewell. We'll keep it for our special moments! :-D Ivana and Damir were both really nice hosts, providing us with all kind of useful information of the area. We are so happy for finding this jewel, and we'll surely come back soon! p.s. I made a mistake while paying, and Damir quickly came back and returned the money! I wouldn't notice it until coming back to home, I really appreciate this gesture!

Review 34：Big spacious apartment with a full kitchen. Everything looked new and clean. Plenty of room for two adults, three kids and a baby. Despite the heat during the day we were cool at night. Our hostess even gave us a bottle of their schnapps to take home.

Review 35：Soundproofing between floors needs improvement. Noisy Road outside. Kitchen needs improvements in layout and equipment. We had to move cupboard to open oven. No designated space for kettle which we boiled on floor. Some unnecessary items provided such as a breadmaker but lacked essentials such as egg cups and potato peeler. Lots of ornaments created clutter and we're too personal in taste.

Review 48：The apartment waited us warmed with the heat on. Everything inside is very clean and new.Bathroom also clean and new. There is enough space for children to play, balcony for the smokers, everything you need in the kitchen. Apartment is very comfortable. Only 15 min drive to the Lakes. We enjoyed staying there.

Unfortunately we had very bad weather, so we coulnd't go there or spend time in a swimming pool (in a garden) but our stay there was very nice. If we visit Plitvice again in the future, we will come back. Much better than the big and expensive hotels in the neighborhood of Plitvice lakes. It was only a 15min drive.

The shower curtains were ill-fitting. There were several small annoying things like the door could not be locked from the inside or the hot water did not last very long and not enough for a family of five.
