Review 1：There needs to be nothing lying about (eg) Hoover or cleaning materials and brown stair carpet shows all dust in banister rails up Bathroom has personal items in and needs to be more on the basis of the body wash dispenser and sachets of shampoo to protect agsinst health cross infection and promote personal hygiene standards Bath tub huge and commercial quality but without some available disinfectant to use between guests use I personally wouldn't feel OK to take bath and make others wait and so used the powerful shower instead which worked well however with one bath Mat per room the bathroom floor soon got very wet

Review 2：This property needs to be described better it comes under a room with own tv using shared bathroom and wc with use of clean kitchen with ability to cook your own food Ideal for business users on short term stays or clean contractors in area working We needed it for a base to sleep only as we were visiting family close by and didn't have spare time to hang about Beds were comfy and firm with good quality bedding and towels

Review 3：This place is Def dodgy. Address doesn't come up on Sat Nav.staff ask to photocopy mybank card and driving license(I refused) yet couldn't give me a copy of their paperwork cause they " didn't have a copier"that guy disappeared straight after and in the morn a different guy couldn't get hold of him.house is boiling amazed it doesn't come up on police radar. They ask you to call 30 mins in advance not to make sure your rm is ready but to get someone there.the place is insecure as back door is open 24/7 no staff on site.

Heating turned on full all night no access to turn down.dirty toilet and beds only in rooms no desks or cabinets very basic beds hard and uncomfortable worse night I've ever spent in hotel . Kitchen had plates left in sink and it was unknown who's Milk to use in fridge staff were very little on site although friendly but didn't tell you much info Curtains were hanging off of rails and had to have windows open all night which is right by busy main road

Review 18：Attending funeral on the Wednesday, so needed a basic place for Tuesday night, so this was fine, and the location very handy to my brother's house.

Review 19：This could have been a nice alternative to staying in a hotel, but instead it was a horrible experience. No formal check-in/out process lead to payment problems which lead to being told i had to pay in cash! Car parking is awful because either you get blocked in or you block someone else in. Comfort of bed/room ordinary at best. this is not suitable for any business travellers.

Review 22：no place to sit down (chairs, table) inside the house, only one in the garden. a lounge or restroom would be nice. you have to go to the underground-station 2 km away to get tickets that allow you to ride with the bus (and all the other public transport to london), because london transport doesn't sell tickets on the bus. not the fault of the landlord, but worth mentioning.

Review 23：received a friendly welcome; wifi worked well; the bus stop is in front of the house, which allows you to ride from and to london once you got your tickets; you share the bathrooms and kitchen but they have been cleaned regularily.

Review 24：In our room there was not a single chair, no desk/table, no cupboard for clothes. The common kitchen was fairly well equipped so it was possible to prepare meals but there was no place to eat - no dining room, not even a table in the kitchen!

Review 29：I recently purchased two double rooms for a business trip to the localarea, I was asked to call before arrival. The check in procedure was ashambles and the gentleman who was checking us in hardly spoke English.We were kept awake all night with the floor boards above our rooms andawoke to find absolutely no running water, we left un showered and weretold to call regarding a refund etc. I have called the number around 10times, I have spoken to 'The Manager' who said he would callback but alas, no response. The people who run this establishment shouldbe ashamed of the way they conduct their business. Please do yourselvesa favour and avoid!!!!!

Review 39：I didn´t like that there were nobody. It was one person who didn´t speak English. It´s a house with about 10 rooms at both floors. The Room was not too clean as it looks like. I found condom under the table. It was cheaper than other options, otherwise the hotel is not good. You all have only one kitchen, and everybody must use that to make breakfast for themselves. There is no breakfast, people must buy it at a store, and make it for themselves in the morning at the kitchen. That´s why, if I had not to stay, I would rather not stay there. It´s also far from the city center. 1 hour.

Review 41：This is our second time going to the cottage. Check in was initially 2, but we got there at 1 and he had the room all ready for us since he knew we were coming. He welcomed us with smiles which is rare when you go to hotels. Yet again everything was clean, quiet and Rahman was very helpful. Definitely will be going back on a regular basis.

Review 43：Me and my boyfriend came on a little break after weeks and we came across this little place. The service was great and Rahman helped us a lot when we got here. We always struggle with parking so it's great to see they had parking available. It's clean and quiet which is great! I will definitely be coming back more!

The free wifi was great and the location was fine for us although may be slightly too far out for others. 15 min walk to tube and then another 30-40 mins to Central London. The location was quiet and there were some lovely little cafés around.

Review 47：The location is okay, but it take a long time to find it the first day. The staff is hardly there. The WiFi is free for a small amount of time then it suddenly charges us to use more. The room under the shower room leaks through the ceiling.

Review 49：The floors were not very clean. We had a pair of socks left in our bay window. It is a bit noisy because of wooden floors up above and doors opening and shutting. It is a bit tatty in general. The doors to the parking area are broken and are in the way when you are trying to park your car. We had never used shared facilities before which is not good if you need to get up to go to the toilet in the night.There are no cooking tins and no tea towels to dry things up.

Review 50：The staff were helpful and pleasant. The fixture and fittings were of a good quality but it was a bit tired. The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of space.. We were provided with towels.You can catch a bus outside which takes you a few stops to the tube station. Get Oyster cards for ease of travel. It was useful having the use of the kitchen but there are no tea towels to dry up though there is a dishwasher which nobody seems to use.

Review 51：Hotel locked at 11pm and no opportunities for keys. More like a Hostel. /prison. No mention made of this in hotel info. No access to kitchen after 10pm Contractors moving around noisily from 5.30am and unable to sleep. Would not stay again or advise others to do so.

Review 52：My bed was really noisy and creaky and i kept waking myself up when I moved during sleep. The internet had a limit on it but I wasn't notified of this. Fair enough, limit the internet but notify guests that there is a cap so that I could have gotten down to work a bit more before my internet was cut off from superfluous use. There is no table in the kitchen or in the room so I had to eat my dinner sitting on the floor. Also, there was a group of rowdy and drunk men that were staying at the hotel and my room was right next to the garden and the kitchen where they were spending most of their time and as a woman travelling alone it made me really uncomfortable and they didn't seem to be told to keep it down.

The morning after my second night, when I came down to make myself some breakfast, I discovered that another guest had eaten some of my food in the refrigerator. I packed and left.
