Review 1：- I was asked twice for money in return for wifi connection, even though they advertise on booking that wifi is available in public areas. Obviously I didn't payed. However, wifi is a joke even for those who has payed. You can safely assume that there is no internet connection, as it cannot be used.- my bathtub was leaking water so bad, that the feet towel filled up with water and the water continued his journey towards the middle of the room.- if you are looking for some peace and quiet time, forget it: the kids (a LOT of them) will soon make you forget that. If not, the HORDS of german tourists will completely destroy your inner (and outer) peace. I initially booked 5 nights on the hotel, but i only survived for 4. On the 5th day i asked for my money and get the hell out of there A.S.A.P. They have entertainment (music, microphone shouting, hands clapping, stupid games, etc) ONLY for german tourists and ONLY in german language. So, if you are booked next to the beach bar and you wanted to sleep for 1h in the afternoon or before 9 pm, bad luck: you would hear the german yellings in the microphone until you go nuts. The rooms are NOT phonic isolated. If you go to the beach bar for a drink, guess what: the germans are all around you, playing stupid games and listening to bavarian music.- the beach bar is a joke. This bar is NOT on the beach, as the name suggested, but close to the beach. You are limited to 2 drinks per person at one time (which you have to come and get it yourself). They are serving beer in very small plastic glasses, so, if you are a beer fan (they only have some local beer called Berlin, which is medium quality at best) you would not make a sunbath, but rather go back and forth to the damn beach bar and back to the beach.- there is no wifi on the room, only some bad connections in the restaurant, at the reception and randomly to the beach bar aswell.

Review 8：Тhe staff are friendly and try to do everything to make you feel good. The location is perfect. It's not noisy, the beach is the closest possible and the water is perfect and because the hotel is big it's not too crowdy. The location is close to little towns , resorts and beaches. There is plenty of different food everyday and it's cooked extremely delicious. I would recommend it to everyone and definitely come back..

Review 9：This resort has too much rooms - about 400 - for the available facilities - one restaurant, one beach bar and a narrow beach. People will have to run or to queue for everything. Food provided in both all inclusive or 1/2 board is of very low quality.

Review 10：Staff tries to do the best but its understaff. Forest, birds and the sea provides you pleasant resting sounds... until benches of kids take over. The whole structure of the resort is quite beautiful seemly as an old monastery. Good parking lot.

Review 11：The hotel is standing at the time 25 years ago in which the hotel is set in a third category. Not enough beach chairs and hotel guest must sit on the sand. Food is bad and every day is the same and tasteless, and the drink has to wait because there are not enough waiters. The glasses are dirty and it is best to use plastic disposable containers. The rooms are cleaned several days depending on when there is enough staff. In the sea there is too much rubbish and weeds. Although the Internet is paid no signal. Very bad hotel is not recommended for vacation.

Review 23：Owners of the hotel do not care about equipment, furniture, surrounding of pools, bars, everything look very old and used, we felt like going back 20 years ago. Also restaurant dirty.

Review 25：-Cleaning of the room where disaster. -The room smell very bad. -The cleaning staf cleans the room in the ytime of 1,5 minute. -Breakfast / Diner with limited offer. For the money they shall offer quite more.. -Even it is marketed with internet in the public areas, there is no internet at all. -For internet service the guest have to pay, but even that internet service is poor. -They don't offer service for the money paid. -..... -Generally: Farr away from 4 stars hotel.

Review 27：We went there in August it was extremely crowded. We could not evenfind sunbeds. It was like a public beach, no special amenity, no designtaste at all. Everything was old in the hotel. I am sure that thisresort was once upon a time a star when opened but not maintaned wellsince years and now very old fashioned needs refurbishing for sure.Staff was not helpfull.

Review 29：The breakfast was a bit boaring, the same food every day without any variations. They serve coffee only for breakfast. Strange that there was no coffe for dinner, only tea. Bad bus-connection to the neighbouring villages. Bird nests in the hotel corridors.

Review 30：The beach was good and child-friendly. In a high season with many tourists it is immpossible to find a free sunbad because most of them are already occupied before 7 a.m. Dinner buffet was great. The beach.

Review 33：1) The rooms are full of ants and the hotel seems to find this fully OK and gave up any attempt to solve the matter. Ants are everywhere.2) Doubtful cleaning standards - when entering the room after checking in, you find spider webs at the windows, dust on the floors and ants everywhere. During your stay, expect to watch ants climbing on your kid's toothbrush etc.3) The gentlemen at the reception really rude:"Client: If there are ants in the rooms, then the hotel cannot claim that it is 4-star. I was mislead to expect conditions for a 4-star hotel". Receptionist answer: "It is not you who decide how many stars our hotel has. We clean the rooms, but the hotel is in the forest and I cannot speak to the ants not to enter your room again."Client: "The Wi-Fi does not work." Receptionist answer: "Lady, let me explain you what Wi-Fi means. It means using Internet without needing a cable. The Wi-Fi Internet confirmed in your room booking confirmation meant that we provide you our hotel laptop, with Internet access, so that you can check your e-mails".4) The hotel claims that it provides free Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby. It is not true - "free Wi-Fi for the hotel means that either you pay 20 EUR extra to have a password, or the you may use hotel's laptop, IF and WHEN it is available (it was never available to us; eventually we got for free a password, valid for Internet use for 1 hour and 10 minutes).5) Terribly slow service at the hotel's taverna - they open very late in the evening at 20:30 and need over 2 hours (!) to serve simple things such as spagetti carbonara and salads. We eventually gave up to have dinner at taverna and stopped going after two such evenings, as kids were exhausted at 23:00 after such long-awaited dinner.6) Phone connection terrible - mobile phones work badly even in the reception area.

Review 34：1)The hotel has a nice sandy beach. 2) Fresh fruits served at every meal. 3) Clean towels provided on the beach in the morning and afternoon (upon payment of a 10 Eur guarantee fee for each towel). 4) Great swimming instructor for kids, from Germany.

Review 35：- Food was rather mediocre (for instance at breakfast (perhaps to keep costs low): very "cheap" ham (meat content negligible), yoghurt, jam in bulk etc.)- bath tub crippled, sewerage not working well, some ants (live!) in the bathroom etc. Room standards for sure not meeting a 4-star hotel requirements. Review 36：- Fresh fruits at every meal- service to provide clean towels for the beach - entertainment for children in the evening - swimming instructor for children (the German instructor my daughter had is very good, a real asset!) - possibility to organise getting baby food with some 4-5 food options

Review 37：1. Not for those who want some nightlife outside the hotel. Taxi/rental required. 2. Food acceptable but not the best Greece has to offer. 3. Although room was very clean, the chairs in the balcony were forgotten; one was dirty.
