Review 1：Could have done with more utensils and crockery in the kitchen. Extra bedding and towels would have been useful and some sort of local information within the property would be a great added touch.

Review 5：Wasn't quite luxury. No frying pan in kitchen had to go buy one, tv signal was a bit iffy and shower was angled so it hit u in the face and couldn't change it so had to use it off the wall.

Review 9：My family and I rented four apartments over 3 nights as my sister was getting married in Ilford so we needed somewhere close by leading up to the wedding. My 'family' consisted of my grandparents, my father and his 4 siblings and their children. In all 16 of us. We found the apartments to be excellent, extremely comfy and good value for money. They are in a fantastic location and what's more the property management company, Mohammed and his team couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. I couldn't fault this property nor the staff at all.

Review 10：The area was a bit , a little bit intimidating late at night. So we highly recommend tourists come back to hotel early before 8 pm.

Review 11：The situation, just 20min ride from London Liverpool Station, and it was an apartment, great value for a big family up to 5 people, unfortunately it was just two of us.

Review 15：I was disappointed with the hidden deposit fee that was not addressed on the website. The TV was not working as the apartment was very empty my children could not play with anything nor watch TV. For roughly 100 a night you'd expect the TV to be in working order. The kitchen was noted fully equip I beg to differ as there was no baking tray and other necessities. I also found it quite uncomfortable as the kitchen had a couple of notices to clean up or else you'll be charged extra.I felt as though I was in a hostel.

Review 19：Finding a parking space was difficult at times especially if there was no space left in the private parking area for the apartment. For the price you pay would have been nice to have two bedrooms rather than 1 bedroom and a sofabed in the lounge.

Review 20：Apartment was new inside, very clean, friendly staff. Great if you get parking round the back in the private parking area for the apartment. Lots of shops, restaurants and a pub round the corner so no need to stress about taking food, you can just walk and buy some.

Review 25：There were 4 of us (myself, husband and two children), apartment consisted of one double bedroom and one single plus sofa bed...but the sofa bed wasn't made up nor was there any spare linen, luckily we had travel blankets in the car so could do a make shift bed on the sofa bed.

Review 29：Emailed 3 times and tried to phone all day to get a key - no response. Finally got through and picked up a key. The check in process is slow. Because no one is on site the excessive noise early hours by guests isn't controlled. Both nights I stayed I was woken 12.30 and 2am by loud guests running around. For an apartment which is classed as luxurious and expensive I'm surprised they don't provide tea, coffee, milk and toiletries. I also think if I'm paying 100 pounds a night it's a bit cheeky to ask me to empty the rubbish bin and clean the kitchen.

Review 55：Be prepared for at least £400-600 to come out your account, paying online on booking.com is just the start of it, they take another lump of your money for deposit £130-250 and then tell you to pay for the amount of nights again, so for the next few days you will be refunded depending on how they feel, hence, around £600 leaving your account for the stay.

Was not impressed and I didn't think they could enter room except cleaning day. Invasion of privacy. The furniture - lounge and dinning table cheap and nasty and very uncomfortable. The business is not VAT registered.

Review 82：The place is suitable for family with one/two young kids and it is located in a safe neighbourhood, just a walk from amenities i.e. halal restaurants, shopping complex, city centre, department stores, groceries shops. Kitchen was well equiped. Good size of bedroom and quite. The interior was very clean and most of the equipments were new. The living room was furnished with a corner sofa bed for two persons, TV with lots of local channels. The unit was equiped with smart central heating. The staff was very helpfull.

Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. Late Check In starts from 18:00.Early check-in is possible subject to availability, for an additional fee.A valid credit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and credit card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit cards. Credit cards or cash may be used to pay for charges at checkout.Smoking is not allowed in the property.
