Review 1：we felt like part of the family. the service was so personal and attentive and the prices were remarkable. a special thanks to the sweet marilou who made sure we were taken care of at all times. i would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. Breakfast: choice of omelette, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, freshly squizzed orange juice, pastries, cakes, sandwiches...one word: AMAZING!

Review 16：On arrival at Agistri Port there is not a lot of information or anyone to ask for directions. If catamaran late from Agistri to Athens there is no one to ask information from.

Review 17：The location of the hotel is amazing!!! Walk out and you are on the beach. Hotel also has a small swimming pool. Breakfast very good. Fresh omelette made for you. Squeeze your own orange juice. The staff are really nice, although I found the male owner to be a little standoffish. Not an easy person to approach. Hotel facilities are nice. Beach towel provided for a couple of euros. Drinks are quite cheap. Food is nice. Lots of places to eat and drink if you did not want to eat at hotel. There are beach chairs already on beach at no extra cost. No need to go to bar to order drinks when on beach - staff comes to you. Travelled from Athens by Catamaran via Flying Dolphin. From Athens you get to Agistri in 55 mins. Booked on line - very cheap. Walk from the Port is about 20-25 mins to the hotel. It is a straight road. There is a bus that goes all around Agistri but would walk. If you do not want to walk, ask hotel to arrange for cab to pick you up from the port. On return to the port we took a cab from hotel - around 6 euros. People from Athens go to Agistri year after year for their annual holiday. People on island are very friendly.

Review 20：Wi-fi has good connectivity all over the hotel, unfortunately it drops the connection to internet too often. This resulted in that 30min work took me 4-5h Staff was helpful to restart the equipment which solved the problem for a short while but I had to keep asking them for restarts.

Also, whilst not a requirement, it would be nice to be offered free breakfast if you arrive really early. Review 48：The food in the restaurant was exceptional - traditional Greek food with fresh ingredients and characterised by complex, subtle flavours. All of the hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely balcony with great view. Very effective airconditioning. The breakfast spread was also exceptional and plentiful - even herbs gathered from the hills for fresh tea. The island has a bakery and the Oasis is a keen customer. There seems to be at least two generations of the one family running things and they really care about what they do. The hotel also commands it's own stretch of sandy beach? I would love to return. On several occasions I resisted the temptation to ask for recipes. Perhaps next time.

Review 51：We arrived at 9pm. No welcome from male receptionist or explanation about facilities. We were told 'thats your room', man then put key in the door and left us. We asked him for a blanket, but fifteen hours later were still waiting for one so asked the cleaner who gave us one immediately. Shower always luke warm. For these reasons I doubt I would stay at hotel again.

Review 95：We hesitated between choosing a hotel in Megalochori, where the ferry arrives , and la Skala...very happy we chose this hotel..took a bus right off the ferry, took us to Skala in 5 min for 1€40 per pers, dropped us off at about 5 min walk to the hotel...great choice, had an ocean view which we loved..stayed 1 night, wish we had stayed longer,it's a no frills hotel, very clean and everybody is super nice. Also had a great dinner at the Oasis...we liked being in a quiet area of Skala but very close to everything...the hotel also provides beach chairs right in front.Breakfast was also good...Highly recommend this hotel and hope to go back!!!!

Review 97：The position was perfect (in the center of Skala and very close to the port of Skala, used by ferry-boat), but not to the port of Milo, located at 1,5 km (used by Flying Dolphins); the room was very clean (even if not enormous); the staff was kind and polite; the bar of the hotel is trendy, pretty and with wi-fi free.

Review 98：I was forced to re-schedule my leave as they had double booked and did not manage to find another room on the island. They gave us a room with a kitchenette, but it was not working. They fixed it after I told them. The toilet flush was leaking. They fixed it after I told them. The sheets were not changed for three days. They changed them after I told them. In general, they fix things if you ask.

Review 99：It was not that bad after all. Position was good, food was nice, the beach was clean, the staff was friendly and it is close to Athens.

Review 100：Breakfast was inconsistent (some things were made by the staff and some were directly from the local bakery/market). Bed covers were not changed at all during the daily room cleaning. Bar music could be heard with all windows shut even at 2am. Very bad noise isolation in the room. Woke up to the sound of screaming children. No response to reception calls in the afternoon or night. Terrible wifi signal, only worked poorly at the balcony.

Also the TV did not work at all. The A/C was broken and did not provide adequete frozen air. The balcony of the room was almost non existant because it was so small that you could barely fit a table and 2 chairs.

Review 114：We had a very relaxing 10 days at the oasis. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble even going to the trouble of asking the chef to make us one of our favorite greek dishes that was not on the menu. infact the food there is to be highly recommended Although we are not normally beach people we spent most days on the beach as it was very nice and there were always sunbeds available. it can get very busy though at weekends with all the people who come over from Athens but its also quite entertaining. Its an easy walk from the ferry at scala to the hotel but if you go by flying dolphin you can get the bus or the hotel will pick you up. We hope to go back again next year.
