Review 1：Upon arrival we were charged 10% over what I had already agreed to pay online. The next morning my family and I were told that the breakfast was included in our stay by a manager and a waitress. After eating breakfast the owner said we had to pay for the food we just ate. He was rude and did not care what his staff told us. We agreed to meet halfway on the price due to "miscommunication" even though we speak the language! I think they get a lot of one time travelers so they try to squeeze as much money out of them as possible.
Review 2：Location was close to the airport. Rooms were nice and clean. The shower was great!
Review 3：Occasionally we would catch a whiff of cigarette smoke. Not sure if it was the carpet or from outside, but it was a bit unpleasant.

Review 8：When we arrived in the evening we where welcomed by a nice man, he made me a great cup of coffee and we had a good conversation. We returned the car the night before and walk 7 minutes back to the hotel. Great location near the airport. Clean room and bathroom.
Review 9：The only suggestion I have is that it should be explained to guests before ordering meals that they cannot put the meal on their hotel bill or split the meal bill between two people.
Review 10：At dinner the man in charge of check-in and waiting on tables was kind enough to allow me an extra trout since he thought the one I ordered was too small. In fact, he and the woman who served breakfast were both very friendly and helpful.

Review 15：Great location for flying out of airport. We dropped the car off the night before and had a 7 min walk to the terminal for early flight. It was still dark but the street is well lit and we felt safe. Room was small but we just needed it for sleep. Everything updated and very clean. Hot day but the AC cooled the room quickly. Helpful manager/owner. Good evening meal either in restaurant or on the patio. A great find so close to the airport.

Review 21：It was long, intercontinental trip ahead of me. After 5 hours driving my luggage was unloaded in front of the lovely house with the garden. At the reception there was a man (Dejan) welcoming me with big smile and calling me by my first name as he was expecting one single, female guest. Within few minutes he gave me all needed information and booked the cab for early morning as I had few luggage. Otherwise I could walk to the Pleso airport. Instead of going to my room and resting before the long trip, I enjoyed great coffee and small meal. All the guests in the garden restaurant, part of the facility, were under the watchful eye of attentive, friendly and professional Dejan. My room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean, nicely furnished and airy. Early in the morning I was greeted with warm smiles by two ladies from the kitchen and a cleaning lady who served me great coffee. Crispy air in the beautiful garden, tranquility and friendly staff made me wish if I could stay longer. For more than reasonable price I got much more than in some luxurious places: excellent customer service, great location and memorable stay.

We booked a room that was too small originally, but they upgraded us at no charge. The location is literally a few minutes from the airport, which was great, and about a 25 minute cab ride from Zagreb (which was arranged for us by the owner/manager). The restaurant also served very delicious food. We loved our stay there!

Review 38：The curtains in the room were literally falling off the curtain rod. Luckily we had to be up early because when the sun came up there was no way to keep it out! The pillows were pretty awful too. Other guests were banging their room door at midnight.

We enjoyed the room size and it was an extra bonus to have travel sized disposable toothbrushes available so we didn't have to dig into our suitcases much for those necessities. The closeness to the airport was a bonus as well. If my mother had been able to walk without assistance, we would have walked along the sidewalk and path right to the terminal. The room was clean and roomy enough for the three of us.

Review 48：차를 랜트해서 자그레브 공항에서 새벽에 반납하기로 하여 공항근처 호텔을 찾다가, 우연히 예약하여 숙박하게 됨. 호텔은 구글네비로 찾았기때문에 찾아가는데 어려움은 없었음.(차로 찾아가는데는 공항에서 약 5분정도 (시속 30정도로.. 찾는시간까지 합쳐서) 걸림, 네비로 찾아가지 않고, 공항에서 걸어서 가려면 찾기 어려울수 있을듯 함. 걸어서는 약 25분정도는 걸릴것 같음.) 호텔은 자그레브공항 근처 마을속에 있는데, 오래된 목가적인 집을 개조한 듯한.. 시골의 친철함이 느껴지는 비엔비호텔인데, 호텔이 레스토랑을 운영함. 거기서 저녁을 먹었는데 맛있었음(마을 손님들이 여럿이 저녁을 먹고 있는 분위기가 활기차보였음). 현지 마을체험하는 느낌의... 친절하고 오래된(시설이 낡고 삐꺽거림. 그런 낡음이 왠지 현지 마을체험을 하는 느낌을 주기도 함. 침구는 꺠끗했음) 목가적인 시골의 B&B. 비행시간때문에 새벽이나 이른 아침에 출발해야 할 경우, 공항근처 마을에서 하루 잠깐 머물다 가기 좋은 호텔. 대체로 만족함
