Review 1：Bar staff were grumpy edging on rude! Steps into the pool were unstable, could be dangerous

Review 3：Thank you. We had a lovely stay overnight with a clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and a swim in the pool the next morning. The staff were helpful in sorting out a different room after our bed broke because it was sat on a bit energetically, even though it was late that night.

Review 4：Many things didn't like. The Hotel NEED renovation. Everything is really old and very used. Also lack of cleaning and noise is something that you make you wonder if this hotel deserve stars

Review 6：The bedroom and the bathroom were tired and in need of updating. Food was mediocre but plentiful.

Review 7：The pools and surrounds were great - very quiet and relaxing. Staff were extremely helpful and there was good car parking. Great views from the balcony. Very conveniently placed for the airport.

Review 8：Hotel rooms are tired- felt like a student hostel. some of the air conditioners did not work. There was a general feel of disrepair. Cannot comment on the food as did not try anything except for continental breakfast.

Review 10：Very poor comfort in the rooms. Cleaning just sufficient. Too close to the airport, planes are landing just few yards off the hotel and the noise is unbearable. The hotel itself needs investment for renewal, it seems to fall back 30 years at least. The room was extremely smelly because of the rotten carpets. The breakfast was just depressing. The staff was not too friendly as they looked quite stressed by all the problems they were facing at all times. The location is extremely difficult to be reached as it is in the middle of an area with hundreds of secondary roads and the indications are missing.

Review 17：The location is 5 mins from airport which suits us fine. Unspoilt location with good restaurants close by. Staff at hotel are wonderful. It is very basic & could do with a bit of TLC but we have been coming here for 10 years & know what to expect! Many people return to this hotel, some for 25-30 years. Rooms cleaned daily & it is spotless. Basic bathrooms & bedrooms but for the amount of time spent in them, we feel that's unimportant. We have stayed in 5* hotels & have never felt so comfortable than at the Irinna
