Review 1：The adjoining room had plumbing issues and so much noise when the tap is turned on. TV goes blank when channels are changed sometimes

Given new remote which did not work! Asked for new room. Given attic room up 2 flights of stairs. Bed not comfy woke up with back ache.asked for breakfast For 630am (breakfast always served in room) they forgot it (2nd time this has happened) no apology at reception when I mentioned it. Told him I would never stay here any more ( even though I used to stay on a regular basis) and would leave a true review.

The cleaner on my second day didn't even bother to change my towels. My neighbours were noisy and argued all night for two nights in a row. Walls were thin and found it hard to sleep. My room was quiet though - with the exception of inconsiderate noisy neighbours

Review 30：Location is long walk to tube and takes multiple train changes to get downtown. Area was sketchy and we were terrified walking home and night. Breakfast awful. Room dirty. Mold in shower. Room 2 only has window ten feet up -- couldn't look out. There was half eaten dried up croissant in nightstand drawer. Coffee cups in room looked like they'd only been rinsed. Mold around skylight. Ants. I could go on and on.

The 'continental' breakfast was brought to the room, but you had to sit on the bed en the food was really cheap, prepacked and you had to make the coffee with nescafé... all was much below our expectations, seen the price! There are not enough parking places.

Review 43：There are really convenient buses and overground trains, the tube is a bit further away. The staff had a rose and a little box of candy on the desk when we got in, which was a really sweet touch. The bed was really comfy and the room was a nice en suite. The only odd thing was that there was a skylight covered by blinds that shook a little when the ac turned on.

Review 45：Room that we was given was terrible - no curtains - the tv didn'twork - there was no remote - it was cold - there where no bedside lamps-it looked as if it was a room that hadn't been fully refurbished -we then moved to a room which was refurbished showing us how the hoteltried to give us a bad room for what we were paying - we were going tostay the night but decided to change our mind as it was really badservice and the room was bad as we were leaving we noticed that therewere also prostitutes sitting in the hotel. Didn't realise theywere prostitutes till we went outside waiting for our cab and theyapproached some men walking by... So obviously the hotel owner knewwhat was going on as he allowed them to sit in the hotel which I thinkit disgusting. I would not visit this hotel again and will notreccomend anyone else to either!

Then the breakfast is provided to the room, which makes it impossible for 2 people to sit beside the table and have food together. The shower only has two temperatures, 100 or 0 degree, no way to get to a comfortable temperature. The pedal on the garbage bin does not work so every time we had to open the lid with hand.

Review 54：At the first sight room looked clean. But I couldn't resist the feeling that carpet is quite dirty. There were also numerous ants in our room, so you couldn't leave any food or drink open, because there will dozens of ants on it. Room and bathroom could be bigger, but this was the size I was expecting. We were also not able to close window completly, but there were air-con so even if it is close outside you can heat the room. But there is no heating in bathroom so in the morning it may be cold there.
Review 55：Staff in the hotel is very helpful. They bring breakfast to your room, which is quite surprising, as normally I expect some cantine, but it's good idea. However the only possibility is to eat it in bad, bacause there is only one chair and too small table. Location of Arinza is pretty good - about 20 minutes to center and close to the center of Ilford, where you can find some places to eat and have fun.

Review 63：The guy cleaning the room knocked on my door every 20 minutes asking me when I was going to leave the room. This happened two days in a row and it really made me feel uncomfortable. The walls are quite thin so you can hear all kinds of noises from the other rooms (I heard my neighbour's phone alarm every morning).
Review 64：The hotel is situated in a quiet area and it's really close to a bus station (2 minutes walk) which further gives you access to the Gant Hill tube station (20 minutes walk). The front desk staff was really nice. The room was clean.
Review 65：the area where the hotel is located, wasn't as central to London as I hoped and read online. Every trip to Central London required many train rides which made planning to go anywhere a much longer process. The top attic room I was in, had sharp angles which I kept bumping my head into, until I got used to bending over to avoid hitting my head, but that was only a minor problem.
Review 66：the continental breakfast was delivered to my door everyday at my requested time. Room service people were very nice and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath towels. The front desk people were also friendly and helpful when I needed directions. The price/value was better than I expected.
Review 67：Stayed twice at hotel -booking them at the same time. Unfortunately both times some fixtures did not work in room - kettle, TV, air con. Second time couldn't be bothered to complain again. Other issues were poorly fitting curtains so issues of privacy and particularly the pervasive odour of cigarette smoke which was so strong that my clothing smelt of it after only one night. Car parking very limited.

Review 69：Toilet was broken and you couldn't sit on it without it moving. Housekeeping were rather rude, we had the door locked on the first morning we were there while we got ready to go out only to have them knocking on the door and telling us 'we need to let them in', the second day we were checking out, as it was only a 2 night stay, and they knocked at 10:45AM, check out is 11AM, and asked if we were leaving. Luckily we were ready to leave but we did feel like we were shooed out of the room. The 'view' from the room looked out onto what I assume was a car park or garden but all we could see was large paint buckets and parts of a broken fence. And despite the comfortable beds I did notice, shortly before leaving, a large white-ish stain on the edge of the bed sheet. Which was rather off putting. I would also recommend the hotel invests in 'do not disturb' signs as it would help when Housekeeping starts cleaning if they can see who is still in.
Review 70：The bed was comfortable and the man on reception was very polite, breakfast was okay but could have been better and the room was fairly clean. Checking in and out was incredibly easy.
Review 71：We've got extremely small room - 8 or 9 m2, nowhere close to advertised 15m2 for standard double. Breakfast served in the room was definitely not comfortable. Personal was polite, but not very helpful.

Review 74：I stayed here before the ride london 100 and it was a lower price stay. I did not expect much however the receptionist was great and helpful and always on hand. The hotel was clean and well equipped and easy to find. Off road parking was right outside my room and they let me have my bike in my room. The road was fairly quiet and sleep was undisturbed. I was very surprised at the quality of this hotel and my stay for this price. I left at 4am for the ride ans security was immediately on hand to check all was ok and help me with my gear. They were also polite and a credit to the company. Very pleased and will stay again.

If you don't specially have to be in East London, it makes no sense to stay here as it's a long way from the centre of London. Morever you take the underground until a point and then have to take bus to get here.

Review 81：-Rooms and Bathrooms are Very Small. -Hard, Uncomfortable beds & pillows. -Breakfast is not great & its meant to be included with the room, but they didn't deliver it to our rooms 2 days out of the 5 days there. -Cleaners moved my bags out of my room and left them unattended at reception, [after I had been promised they would not move my bags while I was out] I had to change rooms... due to a broken shower. I was then given a new room key, to a room that was unmade & rubbish everywhere. So then I had to wait an hour to move into a different room. You Don't throw your guests out of rooms, when its not their fault there is a problem with a room, and then don't even have a decent room ready for them. Very bad service. -You can hear everything through the thin walls. We had very noisy people in the rooms next to ours who kept us awake for hours every night. -Guests would sit in the window frame, outside our ground floor room, talking and smoking during day & night. -People were smoking in their rooms, even though its meant to be non-smoking, so the smell goes through your room. -Reception staff were rude and didn't care about complaints. -Cleaners didn't lock the room after cleaning it one day. Never felt it was safe to leave anything out when we left for the day, so we always locked our things back into our bags.

Should have got Continental breakfast but instead they gave us cereal box and a muffin. 4. 4 people sharing room with only 3 pillows and 1 duvet. Asked staff if i could get more pillows and Duvet. staff insisted to me that 3 pillows and 1 duvet was enough for 4 people and that he could not get anymore as they were in the back room, he did not want to get it at this time 11pm in the night. i reminded him that i paid for my room and the least he could do is give me a extra pillow.
