Review 1：The room we were in had no heat, the radiators were closed, only through airconditioning, which is obviously not the same. Water pressure and temperature in the bath tub was not acceptable, and if you combine this with lack of heat in the room, you would freeze after taking a bath. Note that I visited in January. Also about breakfast, despite the variety of the buffet, some items were of poor quality, and for god sake, you couldn't get some hot filter coffee. All in all, the hotel used to be luxurious, but in the 80's, has urgent need for renovations, and the bad thing is that the owners cannot afford it.

Review 2：I really liked the view from the hotel, the park across the street, and the "roof garden", where breakfast was served. I visited during winter, I guess during summer time there would be a problem with parking. Also really close to spa facility

Review 3：The street in front of the hotel is rather noisy, specially in the evening, but this problem can be solved by closing the balcony. The second floor needs a little bit to be renovated.

Review 4：Excellent location - 150 metres to SPA and mineral water spring, the town park and sea are right opposite the hotel. Very good breakfast with the variety of traditional food in the restaurant on the roof with very nice view and fresh air. The staff is very friendly and responsive, they help to answer any question and to solve any problem in Loutraki. Free Wi-Fi, reasonable price, a lot of resaurants and shops nearby, the bus station is also 400 - 500 metres away.

Review 33：The traffic noise at night kept us awake a bit, as the town doesn't sleep till well after 1 pm. But in saying that, we'd choose to stay at Park Hotel Loutraki again as it was perfect in every other way.

Review 34：Our stay at Park Hotel Loutraki was perfect! It's a 1960s hotel and still offers the same ambience of the 1960s, with the furnishings etc but everything is in top condition. From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel very special by the wonderful staff, especially the French lady. Our room was on the top floor and we had a stunning view along the beach and the town from our huge balcony that wrapped around our corner room. There was a balcony table and chairs and we spent many evenings enjoying the views. Our 'room' was actually 3 rooms and a large bathroom. Our bedroom was big with a tv and then there was a lounge with sofa and tv and desk as well as an entrance room which was very large too, it had the wardrobe in it. Breakfast was simply the best, served on the top floor, with stunning views, you could choose to sit indoors or outside. The variety of food on offer for breakfast is the best we have ever experienced. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to everything...with a nice park opposite and short stroll to the beach, with endless numbers of bars and restaurants to choose from there.

Review 35：All the rest?!? Very poir facilities fot its price I woukd not pay morethan 40 € a night per room €140.00 was extremely expensive for what isdelivered as a product! Preferable to stay at the Casino Club Hotelunfortunatley it wS fully booked.
