Review 2：Fantastic apartment and a fanntastic cottage ..with flowers and greenery all around. Fantastic Location ..secluded and wonderful. Fantastic hosts, Margo and Gordana. Local townis about a Kilometre away with food, grocery and pharmacy shops. Hosts wil give you local tips. They both work at the Plitvice national park. Had my daughter's Birthday their at their home, and they all participated . Marco offered us home made drinks . Gordana baked cake for us ..it was wonderful. Thanks to both of you. Our stay was wonderful there. Love you guys !!

Review 9：Warm welcome, although we arrived late at night, we felt like being with friends or family. Very friendly hosts. Cosy accommodation. Great location for visiting the Plitvice Lakes.

Review 10：Not a lot of warm water in the morning. The owner is semi-nice and a bit cold. The 2nd floor where you sleep makes a lot of noise when you try to move. Not good for small children. The place is not very clean and no refresh of towels etc. it can be improved early with not a lot of budget just more attention to small staff

Review 13：Really nice people, clean rooms and great facilities with fridge, DVD player with many dvds and so on. You can get to the NP within a few minutes. We liked it very much, thank you!

Review 14：We had trouble locating the property, even the car GPS sent us to the wrong location - there are two properties with the same name. Google maps sent us to the second property as well. The property is located about 1 kilometer from the centre of the small town, driving away from the direction of the National Park, on the right side of the road.

Review 18：Lock on the apartment door was a very old fashioned style lock. Not a big deal since the front door was locked at night. But it would be nice to replace with a more secure lock. Area was very safe, so I guess it is a non issue.

Review 23：It is quite spacious apartment for 5 people with a small kitchenette and a big bathroom. Close to the national park and great value! Kitchenette is equipped with basic stuff. Was just right for us, but don't expect to cook a 3 courses menu. There are enough cupboards and furniture in good shape. Hosts were nice and offered us some local food & drink!

Review 24：Very welcoming family who spoke very good English. Clean and comfortable apartment. Good base for visiting Plitvice Lakes. We didn't try local restaurants - we asked the family to cook for us the first night, which was amazing in terms of quality, quantity and value, and we self-catered the second night to recover. Even then they offered us delicious home-made dessert. Breakfast was tasty, varied and plentiful.

Review 26：Marko and his wife are great people to stay with. They have 2 apartments in their house, one duplex and one with 2 bedrooms. The latter one is more comfortable for families with small children as the duplex has stairs and is more suitable for 3 adults. There is an adjacent garden and a grill available when the weather is good. Marko's excellent home made sljivovica is served as a welcome drink! The location is excellent - only 10 minutes drive to Plitvice lakes. There are shops and cafes nearby in Rakovica.

Review 27：The hosts were welcoming and very nice. They welcome us with a glass of local drink and they brought us a cake the day after. The location is outside the village but very close to it. 15 minutes from plitvice. We recommend that place very much for family with a car because the accessibility from the village is not comfortable by foot.

Review 28：We reserved the spacious, immaculate apartment with the loft bedroom and we so enjoyed our stay! The bedroom area upstairs was huge and the kitchen was perfectly outfitted. Marko and Gordana were very kind and hospitable and welcomed us with homemade schnapps. They have a beautiful family and their oldest daughter (after whom the apartments are named) was very sweet and got the chance to put her already excellent English to practice. At an extra and reasonable cost, Marko and Gordana provided us with a huge dinner on both evenings with Marko firing up the grill and Gordana preparing all of the sides. The Plivitice Park entrance is just a 15 minute drive away and Marko works in the park so he is able to provide additional information, too. We will definately go back on our next trip to Croatia.

Review 33：Great location if you travell to Plitvicka. We were traveling with 3 children and had a big appartment with 2 big beds room, warm living room (wifi, television and DVD and small kitchen). The owners were very friendlly, and helpfull. Great hospitallty. Breakfast was great .

The location was a 10 minute drive to Plitvice National Park and we had good access to restaurants and cafes. We were served a wonderful breakfast of cured meats, local honey and fresh bread, eggs and coffee. We think this is the ideal place to stay for a couple wanting privacy and easy acess to Plitvice.

Review 67：Only minor drawback is that appartments are not far away from main road, so it the traffic is audible, but it is not on disturbing level. On the other hand all other appartments are beside same road, so you don´t have a choice.

Review 70：My friends and I enjoyed our stay in Apartment Marija. We stayed there for 3 nights. The owner and the family members are friendly and nice people. We had 2 home cooked dinners by the owner and his wife. The food was good and the serving was big. We also had plum brandy and cherry wine made by the owner. They are really good. The apartment is a bit far from entrance 1 of the park but it's not a problem as we could drive there. It's about 15 minutes drive. We were glad that we had chosen Apartment Marija.

Review 71：Everything was great, especially the host family. They fed us cakes and home made wine and gave us restaurant advice. The 2 floor apartment was huge and had all the amenities we needed.

Review 72：First, we have to thank the owner for being so nice and helpful with us. We arrived at her house around 1am, because we got lost on the way and the fog wasn't cooperating at all. Everything was ready for us, including water for shower which she made sure was hot enough before we arrive. The weather was freezing btw. The apartment is really big, and has everything you would need, including a huge selection of movies in the living room. I highly recommend this place.

And maybe the best thing is thehospitality of the owner - Marko and his familiy - extremely kind andfriendly people. Review 77：Excellent hospitality from owners Marco & Gordana. They were on site to welcome us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable in their cozy duplex. The apt was heated prior to our arrival and it was such a nice touch especially in winter at minus 6.5 degrees! Ideally location only 8 mins drive to Plitvice national lakes???walking distance to local restaurants and the supermarket. Apt signage was clearly marked and one simply can't miss it( no need for GPS). Highly recommended to couples and small family who wanted to experience local Croatia charm and hospitality! What a wonderful experience for us coming from Singapore and Australia!

Review 79：Marko and Janina were very welcoming. They met us and helped us with our bags and had homemade brandy and treats available. This is an apartment upstairs from their house with 2 bedrooms. One bedroom had a twin and a double and the other a double. There is also a couch. There is a small kitchen and the TV and wi-fi work well. The place is about 15 km from Plitvice Lakes NP and the nearest restaurants are about 5 km away.

Review 90：We loved everything about the apartment. The owner and his family lives down stairs and the kids help the parents to settle us in. They gave us homemade brandy and traditional salty cakes when we arrived. It is only a short car ride to the Plitvicka Lake N.P. We found a super busy restaurant the first night and was not impressed with the 1.5 hour wait for the not so special food. so we asked if they make meals for us. Turn out to be the best question we had ever asked. They served us grilled meat plater for 5, 2 huge salad, Veggies, home made bread, home made apple cake, soft drink, brandy, water, beer, wine for €10 per person and we had the dinner at their backyard!! It taste much better than the restaurant and so much food with the money you paid for. At the restaurant, we had grilled plater for 2, 1 beer, 1 hot chocolate, 1 bottle water one tiny salad and one appetizer for €40! We will recommend anyone going to the park to stay at this place and also have your meal here!

Review 94：Apartments are clean and sufficiently equipped. They are owned by a very nice family, treating you as real guests (we were invited to try their home-made food and spirits). It's a good place to stay if you visit Plitvickie Jezera, just a few kilometers away.

Review 100：The Marija apartment was the perfect location for our family visit to Plitvice. The owners were wonderful people who made us feel right at home. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and modern. Since the weather during our visit was rainy and cold, we were not able to enjoy the outdoor areas around the apartment. It is very convenient to the Plitvice National Park. When we return to Plitvice, we will definitely stay here again.

Review 101：This apartment is better than what I found from the website. It's quite new and comfortable. The best part is that the landlord are so warmhearted . Since we arrived there during Christmas we received the small surprise everyday . They also provide detailed info about where to go and what time they open since we travel in the winter. This apartment is really a surprise for all of our family members. We will definitely recommend it to all my friends.
