Review 1：A little awkward to get to, you definitely need a car to get around. The restaurant is really expensive!

Review 9：Bathroom, a bit old fashion, not very good shower and not much room to move around in the tub - ok if short and small but not for my 6ft husband who is thin but still found it rather narrow. Slow, intermittent WiFi in room.

Review 11：Nothing major, we had a great stay. The wifi was very poor for a significant part of our stay unless you were sitting next to reception where it was fine. It helped us stop using screens but made also our communication with the world a bit more difficult. Taken that the breakfast was so good it was a shame that the resort had not invested on other meals. There was a bar serving some plates and drinks but at least the 2 that we tasted were of rather below average quality and not at all local kitchen.

Review 12：The facilities were all amazing. The pools were great and safe for the kids. Breakfast excellent, including the greek corner that was very smart and delicious. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Review 13：This is a definitely overpriced place. In addition, you should avoid itif you hope to have constant, decent internet access. We were withoutone for five consecutive days. Apart from the hotel being unable toresolve the problem, they humiliatingly offered us one free coffeeinstead! No apology, no price reduction!

Review 17：- Limited choice of restaurants nearby without having to drive. Would probably hire a car for the full stay next time. - Kitchen facilities were generally very good but a couple of odd omissions. We had lots of plates, bowls, glasses, cups to eat/drink from but there was no towel (to dry washing up), no board to chop food on, etc.

Review 18：- Spotlessly clean rooms (with regular changes of bedding/towels) - Helpfulness of reception with car hire, taxis etc. Also if you have a late flight and want to stay round the pool after check-out, they were very helpful about letting you use indoor showers, borrow towels, toiletries etc. - Peaceful location with lovely balcony. Not close enough to airport to be disturbed but get some great views of flights coming into land. (Also means a short transfer time from airport). - Great pool/pool area, very comfy sunbeds. Good choice of food at pool snack bar.

Review 19：From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were greeted by very friendly staff. The facilities, including the pool, gardens, privacy were all immaculate. Easy transfer from the airport, amagingly peaceful. Short walk to a local shop. We will definately return next year!

Review 23：The staff were friendly and helpful, and assisted with car hire (from their sister company). Avithos beach (15 mins walk) was fantastic: sandy, good for swimming, & busy enough to support beach bar, umbrellas, & 2 excellent beachside tavernas but not overcrowded. Back at the resort, everything was kept very clean and in good condition. The pool was excellent. Breakfasts were great and salads etc from the pool bar were really good.

Review 51：What we were looking for was the following:Peace and Quiet - The Avithos gives this.Varied Age Groups - We didn't want to go to a resort full of any of the follwing, young families, teenagers, all middle aged couples, all retirees. Avithos has a mix, with the exception of rowdy teenagers. The mix of age groups go on so well and chatted quiet happily.Rooms need to be spotless and spacious. They were both of these.Comfortable beds, years of greek plank beds is no longer for us. The beds are superb at Avithos. I couldn't fit it in the luggage to take home.Really Helpful staff. Avithos is a master at this aspect.Beach Nearby with sand not pebbles or rocks. Avithos has this 15 minutes walk away.Tavernas with excellent food nearby. There are 4 or 5 within 15 minutes walk, 2 in particular looking over the sea by the beach are excellent (Avithospreview and t-enetico) literally next door to each other.Large Swimming Pool with plenty of space and sunbeds and umbrellas and natural shade. Again Avithos is brilliant.For those thinking maybe this is too close to the airport. Firsty it is not that close, secondly it is not on the flight path, so aircraft noise is a not an issue.Then the bonus bits. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.-Taxi arranged from the airport to and from Avithos Resort, book with them via email, Christina will sort this out for you.-Taverna shuttle, we walked down to the tavernas by the beach, on our first evening Nikos told us to get the restaurant to call him when we wanted to get back. Review 52：Minor quibbles, meant as constructive criticism: Not sure that 15 Euro a day p.p. for (a pretty decent) breakfast is good value for money. Internet access is pretty sporadic, requiring user to move to specific hotspots for a chance to connect.
