Review 3：Spoilt by ONE thing; I ordered a beer and paid for it. Later it appeared on my bill. Pity such an excellent place is spoilt by one rogue waiter.

Review 9：Only one thing that needs improvement: The water for making the tea at breakfast time was never hot enough. Too many people accessing the same water boiler so it could never heat up properly. That's it, the only (minor) issue. Everything else was excellent.

Review 10：Lovely hotel. Nice room. Lots of public space and facilities with all sorts of pictures and ornaments giving it a nice homely feel. A top family owned and run hotel. Swimming pool area is lovely. Staff really friendly and helpful. The attached cafe is also good. We will be back.

Review 11：Non really to talk about, the Hotel is a traditional Alpine family Hotel. Some of the décor is a little dated.I was there for sports pursuits so did not find it off putting. Negative points were more than made up by the great service.

Review 15：Ask for a room away form the bar because the music is very loud and goes on until past midnight each night The hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren spread out on both sides of the road so you could end up a long way from other members of the group (even though there is an underground passage joining the 2 parts of the hotel) The décor is very old fashioned which wont be to everyone's taste

Review 18：The service, the austrian traditional interior and the restaurant was excellent. The ski-bus is just outside the hotel and it only takes 4 min to Penkenbahn.

Review 32：The vegetarian option often felt like a bit of an after thought, which was a shame because the "main" menu was truly excellent. The hotel, although central, is at the lower end of the town so everything is uphill. Not an issue for us, but something to keep in mind, although there is a frequent bus service. The bar was a bit overpriced compared to other bars near by, and the wine list at dinner was limited compared to other hotels we've stayed in. The room was a good size and comfy, but the bed frame squeaked when you moved during the night as a result of it being too precisely made to fit in between the bedside cabinets.

Review 33：The hotel is very close to the train station and centrally located. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was typically Tyrolean in styling and we thought it added something to the holiday. While the food was not what I would have normally ordered, it was clearly of good quality and was very enjoyable. Schnapps on the last night (on the house) and a half bottle of wine on checking out both nice touches.

Review 51：The friendlyness and customer focus is very poor at this hotel. This is the second time we got a very unfriendly unprofessional handling by the woman in the reception. It sads me to say that the personell is a big part of a good hotel and in this case the reception really did a far from good job and thus we will not return to Neue Post, there are other much better hotels in Mayrhofen, i would really recommend to book somewhere else.

Review 71：The staff at Neue Post Mayrhofen are probably the most helpful, professional and well trained hotel staff one could hope for. They are quietly efficient and discrete while also being there to help when needed. Most (although not all) of the staff appeared to speak a number of languages including English. The leisure facilities are excellent, clean and well maintained. The food is well prepared, well presented and plentiful with every dinner and breakfast during our stay being excellent with a good choice at each meal. The quality of the Austrian wines served with diner was very good and they were reasonably priced. The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station and is in the center of Mayrhofen.
