Review 1：I liked a lot the staff, very nice, friendly, helpful. Always with a smile, the food in their restaurant is very good, almost home made, fair prices, everywhere is so clean and they are always available for anything you need. Mario and family drove us several times to this famous beach 20 min far away, we paid but less than what you pay to a taxi. My room was a small but very comfortable, good beds, showers, etc everything looks new, I heard that it was renovated one year ago, I was surprised about how good this pension is. As it is so cheap I was expecting much less. I really feel like coming back to Croatia Pag.
Review 2：We booked a room with sea view. The room we got was without it (only tiny portion of the sea if you bend over the balcony). When commented I got not so polite answer that the sea is "there". The balcony was above the kitchen. You have to close the door in order to prevent smell entering the room. It is problematic to get clean towels and sheets. When leaving we were kindly requested to wait until the room is not checked. After checking we were told : "You are free to go".

Review 4：Mario and all the staff went above and beyond we stayed here for hideout festival, great food, close to a supermarket, gorgeous beach 5 minutes away..
Review 5：Our room very clean when we arrived but didn't get cleaned while we were there. No clean towels or sheets. Although could request some from reception. Wifi was only in the outdoor restaraunt, no where else in the hotel.
Review 6：Great staff. Mario gave us lifts to our festival late at night to save us getting the shuttle. Quiet hotel so staff were very helpful and did everything we needed. Staff were very nice and friendly, spoke English. Fantastic food. Pizza and fish dishes especially.
Review 7：Mario guest house is an excellent place to stay! It's in a quiet area of Pag, only 10 minute walk to everything. The rooms are clean, brand news bathrooms. Mario goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is amazing! The pizzas are so fresh and cheap. No wifi in the rooms which can be frustrating but works well in the restaurant. I loved my stay at Marios!
Review 8：Although I liked mario guest house for the purpose of my trip, I dont think I would stay there for a more intimate trip with my boyfriend or a more extravagant trip with family. No swimming pool. Breakfast wasnt amazing. The rooms are tiny and there is no cleaner that comes in daily, the towels rarely get changed unless you ask, likewise toilet roll run out quite regularly. Fine for a group of girls there to party and go out but if you're looking for a nicer relaxing trip as a couple or with family, a bigger hotel would probably be more ideal.
Review 9：Mario and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful which made you feel at ease being at the hotel. There's a beach which is a 5 min walk away, quite small but very peaceful and relaxing with a great beach bar/restaurant. Theres not loads to do in Pag however the town is nice and Novalja (the busier livier town) isnt too far away. Not bad location for festivals etc in croatia. On site restaurant was really nice for lunch / evening meals.

Review 22：The hostel is situated In front of the bus station, 5min by walk to the city center. It's clean and easy to find.
Review 23：Stairs, stairs, stairs, no elevator (be careful with heavy luggage!). The room was too small for 3 people, with no space for ANY bag. The breakfast was a bit poor.
