Review 1：We loved the Location and the hotel. The Staff we outstanding and very welcoming and accommodating. A great place to experience the Greek Islands without the crowds!!!!!

Review 2：The spa area was not well lit and the attitude of the spa staff was to be desired ( like it was a burden to provide a massage) although it was good. I was told the spa and the hotel were two seperate entities.

Review 3：The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a nice little bottle of wine and a plate full of nuts (shaped like a heart) waiting for us in our room at arrival. We got two welcome drinks from the bar and a free pedicure from the spa. Great location-Just a 10 minute drive to Naxos town. Very nice room.

Review 4：Very modern hotel with beautiful roof top pool and restaurant area. Nice view over ocean for sunsets ( about one block back from beach). About a 3 minute walk to a terrific sandy beach with lots of beach style restaurants with 3€ rental lounge and umbrellas. Nice personalized service. Elvis at the restaurant ( Taverna) was great

Review 7：The hotel recommended us a tour around Naxos with a private guide and car. Even though the guide was sweet and passionate about the island, unfortunately the conditions of the car were really not good -- old, no seat belts, no air conditioning. As a 5-star hotel, we'd have expected to have better conditions... But overall we ended up with a nice experience and a good story to tell.

Review 8：Naxos seems like a small piece of heaven! The hotel was great, all staff -- from reception desk, to the waiters and manager -- were kind and sweet, trying to make our stay perfect in every way. The infinity pool located at the hotel rooftop is also a perfect setting for breakfast or a late evening drink. The hotel is also really close to the Agios Procopios beach -- calm with transparent blue waters. Would certainly be back soon!

Review 9：I loved the location, its a 2 minutes walk to the beach and very close to public transport and the hotel staff really assist you with things to see and do and the food there is delicious. This place is value for money

Review 11：We are used on traveling around greece and we strongly recommend this place the view from the terrace is amazing , a very romantic retreat for a couple. the Manager and the staff ( Elvis overall ) were extremely nice and accommodating , a real plus on our holiday . the location is perfect, only few steps from the Procopio beach and the nice aghios Anna but also 7 mins away ( with a scooter or a car ) from Chora.

Review 12：Upon check out, the receptionist said that over 90% of their customers are return customers. I think this is telling and not in a good way... Compared to absolutely all the other 5 star hotels I've stayed in, this is honestly, the least five star amongst them. It isn't bad - it actuallly quite nice. But, when we factor in that we paid a five star price (comparatively - we paid more for this hotel than we have for a top Kempinski resort) then we have to judge it by 5 star standards and it is absolutely not that. It is way overpriced for what you get. In fact, if I compare it to the last hotel we stayed at in Santorini (an island which is notoriously known as expensive), Kalestesia Suites is unrated, incomparably better and was much, much better value for money. Not within walking distance from Naxos main town or the Old Town.It was amusing to see that the manager of the hotel spent more time riding around town on his scooter in a speedo than in the actual hotel - we watched him on quite a few occasions from the rooftop pool.When we checked in, the manager was doing staff orientation / induction with a new receptionist - he did the whole walk through and tourist info bit but he took 50 minutes and ignored our hints for him to wrap up. After hours on a ferry - it was not exactly the right time.The drain was blocked in our bathroom, the fancy, electronic toilet didn't work and the bathroom blinds were stuck. The new reception lady brought someone to unblock the drain within two hours -which was fine but she shrugged when I asked her to open the blinds and she and the plumber left the bathroom and floors in a mess which I eventually cleaned myself. After that I didn't even bother to ask about the electronic loo and went old-school, manual - which worked thankfully.The nearby beach has an odd, stinky smell to it - we suspect it could be nearby salt pans.The beach is packed.

Review 16：The hotel is quite overpriced on reflection. Don't think thus hotel warrants a 4 star rating. We booked a spa room and couldn't use the spa as it smelt of strong mould and had fungus on the base of it. really great stay but he hotel needs to work on a few things to promote itself as a 4 star. In hindsight, I would have booked a cheaper hotel in the same location.

Hotel is in a great location, 2min walk to the beach, and the breakfast on the rooftop was a lovely setting (and the food was good too!) Would not hesitate to recommend.

Review 25：-The female receptionist doesn't really understand english, just speaks it. -The introduction to the hotel took about 20 minutes - quite exhausting after a long journey. -The housekeeping woke me up multiple times in the morning and the receptionist said they didn't have a sign saying not to disturb the room. -The phone didn't work for the first two days, so I had to go to reception to make any requests.

Review 44：Vangelis, Anastasia and Sofia were all fantastic. So helpful and friendly. We had two interconnecting rooms which worked very well for our family of four. The hotel is quiet and well located, 2 minutes from the beach. We hired a car for one day which I'd highly recommend to see the villages inland - and go for a swim. The view from the rooftop bar, restaurant, pool is the hotel's crowning glory. Definitely recommend.

Pathway to the beach is like a NYC ghetto. The reviews here are obviously rigged, no one would debate this review. The price is way out of line, do not stay here for god sake.
