Review 1：1. for some strange reason we paid more than on their price list at the reception as well as on their website; 2. we were obliged to dress our table for breakfast because nothing was ready and breakfast was very basic for 4* hotel; 3. the staff really do not know the meaning of customer service, they were not helpful and kind at all; 4. reception was open late morning and very early evening. i do not think it is normal for 4* hotel and even for emergency situation for example. We had to leave the place at 7:30 am and everything was closed, we could not get out luckily we found a cleaning somewhere on the floor; 5. parking place is not free of charge even during low season but one day the night before our departure we decided to park the car at the hotel's parking place however a huge boat occupied the whole parking even more the staff from hotel was cleaning the boat there; 6. very expensive and basically no service.

Review 8：- 1 plug/socket in the entire room- central airconditioning - no balcony - u have to press the tap to get water/shower- just like at a public bathroom - reception not open 24h/day - tv channels horrible, only 1 in english - wifi in the room was horrible, always had to go to the common spaces to get signal THIS IS HARDLY A 4STAR PROPERTY, ITS SAD THAT, LISTINGS ON BOOKING CAN LIE LIKE THIS ! I dont think its fair to say something like this is 4 stars, stars are to rate and to give us an idea, this is clearly a lie.

Review 9：- Nice waiters, polite caring and funny- food was ok- breakfast - location is ok if u have a car, there are some really nice beaches very close- 10min by car - u can park for free right next to the hotel also

Review 10：Small selection in bar that should be expanded. We went over for Hideout Festival yet the location is 250hkr in a taxi (around €36) every time. Shuttle is available from Pag town but will not run if less than 6 people.

Review 11：Staff were amazing, especially the young woman at reception (who was eager to help in any way and suggested cheap and easy ways of getting around/places to visit) and the older man that was there in the early A.M when we were arriving home as once we had trouble with a taxi man and he was on hand to keep us safe. Pool area is beautiful and food in restaurant was lovely.

Review 12：It was one of the most pleasant places I’ve ever been to. It was peaceful at all times. The restaurant, staff, beach and pool are amazing! We were made to feel so comfortable. We had no issues whatsoever. The concierge was so helpful in advising us about where to go and what restaurants to visit. We had the best time !!!! Unforgettable experience.

Review 13：No soundproofing and very rude neighbors = awful night. Dirty mattress under the sheets. Very uncomfortable parking for 10€ a day. Poor elevator, it was impossible to get -2 floor. Loud music in the swimming pool.

Review 14：Nice view from our room, we were in front of the see. Good position, even if it's not inside the village of Pag (15 mins far, on foot). Great place to take a breakfast, great view!!!

Review 15：We often found the shower cold, plus its control system based on timed buttons to settle the water flow was hateful.Same for the sink. Breakfast was poor in all of its aspects and repetitive. Safebox broken and unusable. 10€/day for the parking is not a nice service. Overall, for a 4stars ranked hotel, disappointing.

Review 21：Health and safety measures need to be in place before accidents happen (steps very slippery when it rained which I fell down and injured myself badly). The day after my accident anti slip strips were put on the steps. Too late for me sadly ... Very thin walls!

Review 45：reception staff when we arrived not very informative. we were handed our room key and had to ask what was the room number.this is an all inclusive hotel but we were just staying for one night b and b. were unable to get anything to eat when we arrived as were told that food was only for inclusive people. were of course willing to pay for it. finally one of the staff took pity on us and offered us some crisps.

Review 47：The service from the moment we arrived was second to none. We especially appreciated the attention shown to us by Zoran who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to ensure that we had anything we needed. The same applies to all the staff in fact. Although I can't remember his name, the young man with the glasses was a welcome face when we got off the boat after a long journey and even got us bottles of water at the shop en route to the hotel. He gave us great advice about the cheese factory tour and about a great wine bar in town. We were sad to leave Hotel Plaza after 4 days and would happily return. Our room was very comfortable and the food was plentiful and good quality. 10 big thumbs up from us for Hotel Plaza.

Review 48：Had a really good stay at Plaza with my friends - the staff is the friendliest seen yet, the rooms comfortable, and the view breathtaking. The only negative thing was that we stayed for only two nights. Will be smarter next time.
