Review 3：The breakfast, 1 sausage 1egg, 1 hash brown and a table spoon of beans. Full English breakfast I don't think so. The rooms are freezing I had to sleep in a sleeping bag it was that cold. The staff constantly lock the doors so you have to wait ages for them to let you in. Dirty filthy rooms

Review 5：I booked double room with private bathroom. When I arrived I was given room with one double bed and one single bed inside. I had to explain to the manager that my order was for a room with one double bed only. Manager agreed to give me my ordered room, but my mood was already ruined by their 'hotel policy' to keep pests traps in the rooms. Private shower I paid extra for was not working, toilet was not clean. Walls had holes and curtains were almost falling. In the room was incredibly cold. I paid extra for a breakfast too, however I was afraid to get food poisoned so I ate in a local coffee shop.

Review 24：Very tired old hotel. Decor desperately in need of update. Room very basic, chair broken and looked like it had been pulled from a skip. Holes in the walls, wall lights not working, mattress very uncomfortable. Full English breakfast disappointing, 1x sausage, 1 spoonful baked beans, 1x hash brown, 1 fried egg, 2x White thin toast, small pot of tea for two.

Review 32：Did not ecpected luxury but the room was terrible, no curtains just blinders (dirty), incredible squizy bed, plus more things - the pics say it by itself... But the main was that I became worried when I saw 2 pest control boxes in the room but thought it will not mean anything. Sadly few hours after I arrived I was watching a movie in the bed and realized a mouse was looking at me from the carpet and kept running around of the room - tried to catch it on cam but it was too fast. Well definitelly not worth the £45 - will never come back.

When I opened our hotel window (ground floor room), I saw construction materials and cigarette buts. Not a pretty sight. Shower head kept falling down while showering

Complained at 3am then 3.40 about music and noise from room about. The room was vibrating to the music, furniture bring dragged across the room and we were unable to sleep as continued throughout the night. No mattress cover on the bed either.Complained regarding room issues and only the carpet was dealt with!

Review 81：A really terrible place to bed. The hotel looks like an abandoned home. The rerecptionist was never at his table. Very unprofessional and lack basic work ethics. I will not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. You could hear the noise from outside and the door makes that noise that suggest someone is by the door about to come in. Many times i have to stand up to check if someone was knocking. The shower was bigger than telephone box. I had to leave for a much better hotel as I couldn't sleep over. It's not even worth fiver if you really want comfort

How can I get a refund?
Review 87：After a long trip from Scotland looking forward to a nice cool drink only to find there was nothing on offer, no meals, owner very rude, room the less said the better, nobody appeared to make breakfast so had to do without, and last but most important.They ask you for your driving license and then they photo copy it to keep for themselves, sounds a bit dodgy to me, don't give them it, I did now I regret it.

Review 108：No cold water to the wash basin. The light to the razor point and over the bed didn't work. The shower riser bracket was broken and hanging off the wall. Blinds to the window had large gaps. The knobs to the wardrobes were missing. No tea making faculties in the room. Overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired, room not cleaned and bed not made on the second day.

Review 114：Staff were very rude and stuck up. Keys had to be left with reception if you left the hotel for even a few minutes. Parking facilitation was poor. The bed was uncomfortable. There were stains on the carpet and walls. Broken/defective blinds on the windows and would not block out light or provide privacy moreover the room was on ground floor. No kettle or glasses. For a budget hotel it was definitely unlike the rest.

Review 118：When I went to the room The lock was faulty and I couuld not get in. There was a knack to opening the door which could only be achieved by the staff, as they must have been used to it. When I tried a second time the key broke (metal fatigue I would guess) why didn't they just get a new lock? The room was literally filthy. I can put up with dirty but this looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. I was there 2 days but no-one entered the room except me during this time. The decor was bad, there was an exposed cable trunking on the wall by the window (room 18) the furniture cheap, one of the drawers in the cabinet didn't have a bottom panel and there was nowhere to hang clothes. I slept with my clothes on in the cold room as I felt sure I would be bitten by something if I didn't. The standard of the hotel was very low and the staff although pleasant found it hard to attain this standard.....

Review 123：Everything..room was filthy and absolutely stunk, complained and was told it was the carpet and given a bottle of febreeze to use during our stay!! Slept nxt to a large noisy fridge/freezer. In all honesty cannot believe I let my children sleep in such a dive but after a 2 1/2 hr trip to get there I didn't fancy driving all the way home leaving the kids disappointed with not going to London, I'm not one to complain eva but feel ppl need warning about this hotel b4 booking! The guys on reception were very helpful especially with the parking situation and offered to move my car from the yellow lines before the traffic wardens appeared.
