Review 1：Nothing!

Review 2：The location (a two minute walk from the incredible Jimbaran bay), the extremely helpful staff, the gorgeous decor in the villa, the private pool, the amazing breakfasts cooked for you in your villa… the list goes on! If you stay here (which you should!), PLEASE go to the restaurant next door, Cuca - the food, the staff and the head chef Kevin are all amazing there too.

Review 3：The mosquitoes were a nightmare! Even with repellant and the burning mosquito coils! Each night the enclosed bedroom was sprayed and coils were put in the open living and bathroom areas but they were only marginally successful!

Review 4：Breakfast cooked in room was very good and a nice idea! The pool was perfect. I was in villa 3 so there were no issues with noise from the construction at the back of the complex. However I could hear the doorbell of the next villa ringing and could only imagine what they thought about the noise we were making in ours. Otherwise we couldn't hear anything from the other villas. The villa was a lot cheaper than the villas in Seminyak and it was so much quieter! So you get value for your dollar. There's a restaurant called 'Tapis' a few steps away heading towards the beach. Excellent Indonesian food, despite been the only customers there! Next door to this is the Spanish version called 'Tapas'. We didn't eat here. Overall a good experience and I recommend it as an alternative to the villas in Seminyak. Just make sure to take repellant!

Review 7：Noise from the construction site right behind. Transportation service is up to Kuta, not to Seminyak area. The driver took me to the 'very cheap souvenir shop' on the way to Kuta, which was 3 times more expensive than any other shops. He would probably get the commission, but not nice.

Review 10：Once we were settled in the villa, the place was great. There was just a little bit of chaos right at the start when we checked in as we were asked to make multiple decisions on the spot (dinner times, breakfast options etc) before we had a chance to get settled. The villa was also not ready when we arrived.

Review 16：The wifi connection is very bad and can barely open webpages or emails. Also experienced some sloppy services where the staff did not clear our breakfast away after we've informed them to before we left the villa in the morning and only to realise this after we returned at 9pm that night! The excuse given was because of the 'do not disturb' tag at the door, which we were not aware of its existence, and despite we've explicitly asked the reception on the phone to make up the room. .

Review 20：Nothing about this place wasn't fantastic. The restaurants arent so close, but the beach walk was worth the sunsets we got to see. No place in Bali has consistent prices and food can vary in quality, quantity and especially price in the surrounding area.

Review 44：This is yet another jaw dropping villa in Bali. The villa is very modern and very well decorated. It has everything you need and more. The bathroom is gorgeous and the pool is fantastic. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They offer a free shuttle service and the villa is located a couple of minutes from the beach where lounge chairs are offered free of charge.

Just a short walk to the beautiful private beach...breakfast was delicious (5 choices every day), free transfer to kuta and nusa dua, free cappucino delivered to the villa the whole day. Review 47：Because the villas are so close together (share walls) and had an open design i.e. part of the villa is open to the elements, you could hear everything your neighbours were doing and likely vice versa. We couldn't go to sleep for quite some time because of the noise the next door neighbours were making (playing in the pool until really late). If the villas weren't attached, it wouldn't be as big of an issue.

Review 80：It would be great if the internet was a normal wifi and not a hotspot with the neccessity to log in again and again after just some minutes (iphones do not save login data). But that's only a minor thing. The breakfast is not five star but good though. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

Review 81：The resort is very nice and calm (although you can hear your neighbours as the villas are separated by a wall only). I liked the open but still covered area which has a decent chill factor. You may also flip through a bunch of tv channels or watch dvd. The service (breakfast, turn down, cleaning, org staff etc.) is excellent. As we travelled with our 14 months old we very much appreciated that they built up a pool fence (otherwise we would have needed to watch him every second). Just let them know in advance. As tummy sleepers we had an issue with the mattress but literally not spoken about they changed the mattress. If you like fish and seafood, head to the beach before sunset (only a short walk along the little street, at the beach turn right), get a nice table and enjoy fresh and good food at very reasonable prices (eg try Batang). Don't walk further until you see the next bunch of seafood restaurants. Expensive and far from good (eg Blue Marlin). All in all we had a great time at Ahimsa Beach and would also book again!

Review 82：A bit sterile in the furnishing. Did not like the key lock system, you have separate keys for each lock (2 different key locks on 2 doors in the same bedroom) The bedroom felt a bit on the small side. Dinner suggestions from front desk were not good. Do your own re-search as there are plenty of great restaurants down the same road. The one we were recommended to go to felt cheap, bad service, bad food, not classy. Get the feeling they get commission from perhaps recommending to these bigger eateries.

Staff were very helpful allowing us to have a shower before leaving for our late flight home despite the fact we had already checked out (nice touch indeed and much appreciated)

The pool and partially outdoor bathroom were incredible and little touches like endless supply of filtered water and free coffees are a nice touch. we had guests one evening and front desk showed them to our villa and rung later to see if our guests would like a coffee. the free shuttle service, in-room breakfast and massage and facial were great. And allowing us a late check out meant we felt like we had an extra day on holiday. I could wax lyrical all day. great if you just want to relax outside of the hustle and bustle. management at ahimsa beach should be very proud of their staff!!

Review 106：The set up was a bit impersonal and cold compared with the other hotels we stayed in during our trip to bali and Lombok. Breakfast was left on the table until we checked out at 3 pm. The loungers at the end of the lane were not up to standard and there was no shower, though a very friendly lady in charge.

Review 109：The villas are well-equipped, clean and the design are simple yet feel luxurious. They have security post just to the left of the lobby so we feel secure. The staff are excellent and friendly. They have two cars standby at the hotel to take you around Bali (extra cost I assume). The Jimbaran beach is just 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. And it is one of the best Beach in Bali as you can see sunset and airplanes departing and arriving from/to Ngurah Rai Airport (hotel is not far from the Airport). It is located near Jimbaran food centre (I forgot the name) which we always go there when we are in Bali. The villas is quiet and well maintained, perfect for honey mooners.

Review 110：We had a great stay in Ahimsa Beach Jimbaran in April 2013 (2-bedroomvilla). The property is perfect and the staff is amaising. You expectthe best service you can imagine starting from breakfast cooked on thevilla at the time requested to comleting any other request you canpossibly have. We had a birthday celebration with seafood barbecue atthe pool, both the food and the decoration was wonderful. We also haveordered massage - the girls come to your vills with a special massagebed, you can chose a place on the villa where you want to have yourtreatment (we did it near the pool with the nice sound of the runningwater), the therapists are very professional and the cost isunbelievable 20$.On the beach - Ahimsa offers 2 options for the sunbeds: some are right at the end of the street (near Puri Bali hotel) and some are at the seafood cafe Warung Bamboo. We prefered the 2d option as they are more isolated and the beach is nicer there. That's a pity though there are no any sunbeds under the palms on the grass zone, it would be cooler there, otherwise you have to come back to the room for the most active sun at around 1-3 pm. We would definitely be back to the place and I would encorage everyone planning the stay in Jimbaran to chose Ahimsa.
