Review 1:we have stayed in this hotel many times over the last few years, and it is now in need of refreshing the décor and updating the beds. Things are now looking a little tired, worn and in need of replacement.

Review 2:excellent location, friendly staff, good food, cleanliness and facilities.

Review 3:Bar food service can be awfull if anyway busy,have had a couple of bad experiences here, though the duty manager did go out of his way to make up for it. *The coffee cup in otherwise tidy room just wiped clean.

Review 4:Staff very friendly on arrival and at breakfast, definitely one of the most cheerfull warm receptionists I have met. Rooms a little tired but clean*. Bar food good if quiet.

Review 5:room I was booked into first had no shower working or toilet flushing, and lights missing in room, service was carried out that day on room but was not completed? and book in desk was not informed room was not ready for use., was booked into other room which was very good but got no discount on bill for trouble being moved after 4 hour journey to hotel .

On the Sunday morning when 2 of the party who were first down to breakfast choose to sit at a table for 6 they were asked to move and told they had to sit at a table for 2 eventhough they tried to explain they were part of a group,

Review 43:The staff were an asset to the hotel. All staff we encountered were friendly, obliging and extremely polite. We stayed on a Saturday night and when we went to the entertainment in the hotel bar we got complimentary finger food which was a bonus at the latter stage of the night. Really nice touch. I hope management appreciate their staff as they enhance the running of the hotel.

Review 44:Room was freezing, had to have electric heaters brought into the room, first one didnt work so had to get another! Double bed very small!

Hotel was very busy but the Staff were absolutely fantasitc nothing was a bother to any of them Our room was large, spotless, comfortible and we could not have faulted it in anyway. Breakfast was by far the nicest breakfast we have had in years and food served to your table hot which is something or a rareity these days as every other hotel appears to be self service and food sitting under heaters for hours! Would have no hesitation going back to this hotel and have recommended it to most of our family and friends already.The staff are a credit to the oweners. Treat them well they deserve it.

Review 70:My wife and I like this Hotel for its good position close to the homes of some our Family who live close to this location. It has been greatly enhanced by the opening of the new roads from Dublin Airport. We found this Hotel some years ago and always look forward to having a pleasant stay.
