Review 3：Contempt of Directors of people They did not give me a room in the crime because of the explosion of the service promised in the shower washing and credit did not give us anything and after contacting the Booking service they lie and say they gave us a website worth 5 euros compensation ... Do not go to this hotel waste your money looks good pictures and bad service

Review 5：the room was not 55sm as stated the room looked nothing like the pictures on here! we are actualy going through complaints with booking! aircon was useless not even cool! food was recycled into next setting, as it was coming to end of season there was no entertainment, kids club was closed pool was freezing! the beach was not sand but more like gravel! wifi was expensive! it was so boring in the evenings we were glad we had hired transport otherwise we would have gone stir crazy.

Review 7：Loud music for activities at the pool (not always necessary e.g. activities for the kids in the pool could and should be done without microphone) which was disturbing when inside the restaurant where there was other music at maximum sound. Not nice, not for guests nor for the staff.

Review 10：Hotel is situated in a nice and quiet area. You can find many shops, restaurants and bars in the nearest village Platanias - just 5 minutes drive from the hotel. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good selection of food.
