Review 1：This is truly first-rate apartment. Marvellous rooms with plenty of space and light. Excellent kitchen diner with lovely views out to the beach and the Firth of Clyde. Terrace balcony was a very good size with a great table that could have accommodated 8 people very easily. Everywhere was decorated to a very high standard and the facilities and amenities were top drawer. Wifi signal was strong throughout the apartment including the terrace balcony. Large Samsung HD TV and DVD player. Off street parking was very handy and secure. Owner was very friendly chap and keen to make sure everything was just right for us. Location is right in the middle of Troon was easy walking access ( 3 minutes) to restaurants, beach and newsagents. Place was spotless (cleaner had been in the hour before we arrived). Will definitely book again. Really can't think of any negatives. You can even watch people playing bowls from the kitchen diner window.

Review 4：There is nothing about this apartment that you would not like it is first class. A recommendation would've to have a fold up single bed for an extra person to stay as bedrooms are big enough to facilitate this as the apartment is for four people but could take more if there was an extra bed. Would not be suitable for disabled people as it is up 4 flights of stairs to top floor. Owner was telling me that he will soon have an apartment nearby and it will have a lift in it.

Review 21：Everything. The high quality of furnishings and fittings. Very clean. Offroad parking was a bonus. Just a very short walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are all in the same street. Very handy for all local golf courses.
