Reviews for Hotel Pagus
Review 1:Minibar was empty and the fridge didnt work, no Plug for the tub, no Internet in the room, after asking for it, i got a device i had to install by myself which didnt work either.
Review 2:The room was a bit smelly. Food was OK in the hotel, but it's rather average, so preferred to have lunch/dinner in the city.
Review 3:Relaxing location in approx. 5 mins of walking distance to city center, sea view from balcony, pools for children who don't like the sea, bar with terrace on the sea shore. Friendly staff.
Review 4:The staff in hotel pagus were disgraceful. They have an awful attitude no matter how pleasant and polite you are to them. We got double charged and still havet recieved any contact from them in a week in relation to a refund as was discussed. Very disappointing.

Review 20:Prefer not to have carpets in room. These were a bit old.
Review 21:It's a nice hotel with many rooms with balcony overlooking the water. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful.
Review 22:In a room the fridge was not working when we told the receptionist she said she will send a technician, but no one was sent. On the second day, no chambermaid does not come clean the rooms.
Review 23:Quite place with nice location.
Review 24:The a la carte dinning room closed for the season and we were not informed until after it closed. Reception needs to have maps, information if the hotel information office is closed, preferrably in several laguages.
Review 25:We went at the end of September and it was quiet, but that was fine. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Review 26:Limited parking place in front of the hotel. Wi-fi is available only atthe reception/bar
Review 27:Excellent location (beach and city canter is close, but the place isstill quiet). Very good breakfast. Great pools (inside, outside).
Review 28:Nothıng really. Hot water ın room dıd not work for the duratıon of our stay. Had to have shower ın another room. Customer servıce from staff was poor. Would not recommend thıs hotel to any of my friends.
Review 29:Hotel information book in English was confusing, e.g., indicating the room is rented from 12 a.m. to 12 a.m. Book needs to be edited.
Review 30:Spacious room, large private balcony, view and accessibility to town.
Review 31:The hotel was nice, but the service from the front desk was the worst Ihave ever experienced. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Due totheir refusal to assist us with even the simplest of enquiries we almostmissed our flight. My friend and I are laid back travellers, howeverthis experience was by far the worst I have encountered in any of mytravels. We had to walk down the road to another hotel in order to findout which bus to catch to make our transfer. Despite the beautifullocation, I would never return to Hotel Pagus.
Review 32:Upon arriving in the room did not look like a 4 star hotel. There werepotato chip crumbs on the floor and when we peeled back the old lookingbedspread there were body hairs on the sheets. We asked to change roomsand in the next room the shower fixture was broken off the wall and wehad to hold the shower head by hand. There was also some old and moldytile in the shower. We waited to late to ask for extra pillows and weretold it was not possible. We waited an eternity to check out as anotherguest was going through an enormous pile of bills for two rooms andquestioning all charges and instead of excusing herself 2 minutes tocheck us out she made us wait for 20 minutes until I finally insisted.
Review 33:Not much! There is a spa that is nice enough.
Review 34:This Hotel is a little Gem, good possition to town with the clean sea / beach right in front, good for swimming. Reception staff were very helpful on advise with our on going traveling, and any other information. Breakfast had plenty of selection. Nice big room, with balcony over looking sea. Will visit again.
Review 35:It took too long to check in. We wan ted to use the jacuzzi, but noteverything else and it was too expensive. The dining room feels very"instiutional.' (Like anole age home)
Review 36:The staff finally realized that it was to their benefit to please us.They gave us dinner for 3 Euros a piece and free internet. The roomwas decent.
Review 37:Not enough umbrellas or shade - especially when travelling with little kids
Review 38:Very friendly staff - they checked everything we asked in advance
Review 39:Hide-a-bed a bit lumpy, but it worked out okay.
