Review 1：-the white outdoor sunbed was in a terrible condition with dirt and traces of foot steps which could not be removed.- The paddling pool was full of insects.- It is a spa hotel and there was nowhere a catalogue with the spa packages and services. Someone had to call the reception, nevertheless it is always helpful to have a written overview of the various options.- The waiters were very polite & friendly, but still not very efficient, as the coffee we were ordering was not coming at all (3 times we had to remind it to the staff twice) or was coming after 10 minutes, although the hotel was almost empty, due to end of season.- Due to the end of the season, the staff around us had already started to remove the outdoor furniture, although the hotel was about to close in 5 days and there were still guests there.- The beach in the front has a sludgy ground and it was one of the worst beaches I have visited in Greece.- Worst of all: after a bath of our kids in the bathtub and upon removing my son, we both had for an instance an electric shock. The protective relay tripped a circuit breaker, the lights were all turned off and the emergency light at the entrance was switched on. The electricians who came were obviously not capable to detect a reason and instead of apologising they claimed that it was impossible that something like that happened, cause everything is very well isolated and safe. Such a statement was fully absurd, cause I could personally not switch off the relay (it was impossible also for them with a special tool to open the box with the switches), the lights were all off and there was still static electricity on the main tap, which was confirmed from the electrician as well.They have provided us another suite on the same floor, cause we were no longer feeling safe there.At the checkout the administration was not willing to provide any compensation or offer something to make up for this dissatisfaction and shock.

Review 5：Staff was not smart: I told them I will be coming from Spetses, 15 minutes with a speedboat taxi, and asked how I would commute from Kosta to the Hotel. They simply said get a taxi without offering to find one or even to get one for me. When the room costs >€300/day you would expect them to be more accommodating.

Review 8：The area right next to the hotel is torn down land. You do not see this from the pool or restaurant, only from the room balcony. It disturbs a bit the perfect impression you get from this extraordinary hotel.

Should you be compelled to be on an island,just hop-on the convenient sea taxi services located all over the islandall day and night, and within minutes your there... Oh, exceptionallyspacious rooms for European standards. Can't wait to go back!

Review 18：The swimming pool was obviously done too quickly and the paint was coming off. The hotel is in front of the ugliest beach I have seen in Greece. If you like non stop music this won't be a negative point otherwise make sure you get a room not too close to the roofbar.

Sound is real loud all over We waited 1.5 hours to have our breakfast delivered to the room and 30 minutes for our luggage to be picked up. Wifi never worked in our room. Review 26：I don't really know how to start! We arrived in the hotel 13.45 and we had to wait a whole hour to get in our room!!!! We were tired and hot and our room wasn't ready to check in!!! We had a great big and comfort room,but they forgot to full and check the mini bar,so we didn't have water! We didn't have catalogues and menu.. We had to ask for service all the time.. The sea in front of the hotel isn't like the photos! It is dirty and nobody swims! The pool is nice with perfect furniture,but it seems like old as the floor is really bad constructed!! What can i say about the lifeguard!! He is all day in the pool bar! He doesn't check anything,so all the kids are diving allover us and a child peed in front of our eyes!! Of course i told the supervisor,it was discusting,but nothing happened!! The breakfast is so poor,so slow! I ordered coffee 2 days in raw but never came!! There were bees and flies everywhere! We were really disappointed ,because the hotel seems so nice,modern and perfect decorated! We wish next months to be improved and the stuff more specialised. Finally,it certainly doesn't worth 400€ the day!! No!!

There was no entrance fee for outside visitors and the hotel was full with outside visitor and locals, so: Car park was always full and we had to park on the other side of a busy road within a dirty field and carry our luggage and baby boy across. We couldn’t find a sunbed and umbrella by the pool We couldn’t find a table in the restaurant on Sunday, for the children to eat. During the night the roof bar was busy and noisy. 2. The staff by the pool were rude, unwilling to provide any assistance or to serve. 3. Ms Vernikou (owner) herself, remarked once that I used too much water while I was having a shower by the pool together with my 3 year old son (she didn’t even respected my baby boy or the fact that I was paying 500 euro per day for that) 4. The bath shower in the room wasn’t working properly and despite I complained they didn’t fixed it. 5. During the day, music from pool bar was loud so we had to keep the doors closed at all time.

Review 31：We stayed in one of the top suites with a private Jacuzzi. Luxury rooms with nice view from the top floor. Very friendly staff by the reception and the restaurant (only). Excellent quality of food. Very close to the village.

Review 32：- the choice of music (this is so very personal, I know) and the volume levels , especially past 11 am as all the rooms are sea facing and it is heard everywhere - the property is brand new so some areas have still being worked on hence occasional noise during the day
