About 1.5 kilometres east from Aris Apartments, is the village of Gerani with its blue-flag beach with water sports. The village center has a good tourist infrastructure including bars, tavernas, shops, and supermarkets.
Hardly 1.5 kilometres on the road towards Chania is the village of Platanias, which during the summer period almost monopolizes the nightlife of Chania. Transportation to Platanias is facilitated by frequent bus service to and from Chania and a bus stop is right outside the hotel.

Review 1：Next to main street, so it was a little bit noisy, however you don't spend too much time in the room during your holiday. No Wi-Fi.
Review 2：Very friendly personel. You feel really welcome there. Close to Platanias (walking distance), where is a little bit nicer beach and a lot of restaurants.

Review 11：I felt welcome even before I showed up. The rooms, the building, the atmosphere - PERFECT. If you need changes from the good tavernas in Gerani then use 10 min extra minutes.Easy-easy to take the bus to Platanias and Chania - two minutes walk from Aris is the bus stop.
