Review 1：The WiFi was unstable.
Review 2：You get what you pay for, don't expect luxury. For the price it was really good. Helpful staff, excellent cleaning lady, most of everything in good condition because it's new.
Review 3：Swimming pool was nice but was on a particular side of the building and therefore quickly in shad in the afternoon. We would have liked something to make coffee with because our room had kitchen facilities so we could have our own breakfast.

Review 9：It's a new, modern hotel with a swimmingpool. The staff is friendly and helpful. Quiet, close to the sea. The beach and the centre of the town are within easy reach. Good reataurants, tavernas, shops, travel agencies. Public transport is excellent. It has a good location to explore the beautiful beaches of Balos or Elafonissi.
Review 10：For us was a perfect hotel for tranzit. It's very close to the port(ferry). The room was very nice (with new furniture). The wifi signal was very good.

Review 12：Very familiar atmosphere, clean and confortable room, very nice and honest staff. Beautiful view of the sea and mountains from the balcony. Swim pool perfect in the morning sun. We rent a car to explore the island, and this hotel is perfect to get around, such as Balos lagoon (35 minutes), Elaphonisi (about 1 hour), Falasarna beach (about 20 minutes). 2 minutes walking to many restaurants by the sea. Close to mini markets, pharmacy and shops.

Review 14：we lived in crystal bay hotel in kissamos for 2 weeks. it is a beautiful new hotel with nice rooms, a big bed and a nice bathroom. also there was a big new lcd tv screen wich reads every movie from my hdd, so it was no problem that there wasn't much chanels. the ac worked good. it is a very good 3 star hotel. i was in worse 4 star hotels. the rooms are big and the interieur is very beautiful for a greek 3 star hotel. we had a cooking block in there with a big refrigerator. so we drove to the near bakery and made our own breakfast wich we ate on the nice balcony with sea view, wich is a little sunny. the people are very friendly and the cleaning personal is good, they clean every day and brought new towels. i definitly recommend you a scooter ir a car, because there are so many nice beaches around very near. the beach by the hotel is not so good but you can go to the left about 300 meters there is a nice sand beach. the hotel is a perfect basic to explore the island, beacause everything is not so far away. the carrebean beaches falasarna or balos is only about 10 minutes away and elafonisi about 40 minutes with the scooter. and they are the best beaches of kreta. we had a great holiday.
Review 15：the room wasn't cleaned every day and the towells not changed neither, which is not the end of the world but compared to other hotels...
Review 16：not expensive, the location: a walk from a lots of restaurants on the front beach and not far from the nice beaches of the ouest of crete (balos, elafonissi, felassarna). the hotel is clean and new, nothing very bad but nothing that makes you like it.
Review 17：-there was no phone in the rooms. We were told that it is because the hotel was new and the phones would come -there was no access to a public computer in the hotel
Review 18：-the friendliness of the staff -the closeness of the hotel to the beach -the fact that the beach was public -the night receptionist even gave us a ride to the travel agency where we were taking our bus to the port. He even refused to be paid!

Review 21：The bathroom filled with water everytime you had a shower so floor was always wet and slipy. You wouldn't want to use the kitchenette, not clean. My son had a nose bleed in the night and got some blood on the pillow and bed sheet. House keeping didn't bother changing them just made up the bed. Overall cleanliness disappointing.

Review 25：Although the booking page for this hotel (and in the confirmation letter that we received) was stated -"Prepayment - no deposit will be charged" & You will pay the property in their local currency at the exchange rate on the day of payment" two weeks before our arrival, half of the amount was charged from the account that we left. After our arrival in this hotel, the hotel stuff gave us a room that we didn't reserve (the room was so small, the bad was less then one meter from the toilette, and also without kitchenette as we reserved).When we complained about it, the hotel stuff told us that they don't have such room at the moment, the room was already taken by another guests and they will manage to find another room for us. We waited for two days for other guest to leave the hotel, to take their room. If we haven't complained we would have stuck in the same room The internet was very bad and poor in the room and was dropping all the time. We could not enjoy on the balcony because it was to hot, we were exposed to the sun all day and no umbrella was provided.
Review 26：Location of the hotel is bad. Kissamos is not a very good place to visit, almost nothing to do. AC on a wrong place in the room, very hot so you must turn on the AC, but you can't sleep with AC on. Not much to do in the Hotel area, few Tavernes are within fife minutes. Very bad Breakfest

Review 69：The large class entrance doors could do with either a sticker or writing on them. One of my friends sometimes had difficulty seeing if they were open or closed. A shelf or stool in the bathroom would have been useful to put things on.

Review 73：Local teenagers on motorbikes and mopeds without mufflers. There's a non-busy road nearby, ideal for speed racing for those guys. I'd really recommend local authorities of this village to think how to keep those guys away from resort zone. Also, the hotel is surrounded by still empty building plots, but this is not annoying.
