Review 1：Staff wasn't helpful. Asked the receptionist for 2 consecutive days to fix the heating in the room and every time he said the heating is controlled for the hotel all together. Told him the radiators are cold in the room at 5 in the morning and he said he will send us a heater at 7:30 in the room but nothing came. When we inquired about the heater, he said they all have been given out. This same happened the next day and we got told was some issue with the heating. Not at all a good experience and will never stay in there again.

Review 4：There is a night club beside this hotel so their's a lot of noise at weekend's .On the night we were there we had no sleep as their was a lot going on outside our door,Manger said they were having trouble with other guest police had to be called,As we had too be up at 5am think we should have got refund but not offered

Review 9：The stay was a Christmas present for my parents as it was close to the O2. I requested certain things and everything was met. My parents have advised that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the food was lovely. The hotel went above and beyond that was required. Thank You. :)

Review 14：The staff are a credit to the company. Especially Azkam.. (Hope that is correct) always greets me with a smile and makes me feel at home. The housekeepers also are polite and say good morning. I choose to stay here on every visit for business now, good value for money.

Review 15：The parking spaces are not easy to find, and are not secure. The windows would not open properly, and several were cracked. the 2 mattresses on the double bed were of different quality. One significantly "flatter" than the other.

Review 16：There are ample parking spaces behind the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The broken kettle was replaced immediately at 11:30 pm. The breakfast was excellent value for money. Good selection, all freshly prepared. Less than 1 min to walk to the Tube, max.20 mins ride into the city.

Been offered portable heating and upgrade to own suit which was nice but same problem with heating but luckily had air con in so had to have it on through out the night. We could hear a tapping noise coming from the walls which kept us from sleeping or even relaxing in that room. We called staff at reception and upon inspection, we were relocated into another room which was of excellent quality and standard.

Clearly places nowadays need security on site when society has gone this way.
