Hotel Luna Island comprises a 250 m² business centre including 3 congress halls and an exhibition space. Welcome drinks, coffee & tea breaks, cocktail parties and festive lunches and dinners featuring local delicacies can be arranged for congress participants at a surcharge.
From April to June and from September to November guests can benefit from medical and dental packages that can be arranged at the hotel, including a weight-loss programme, pulmonary rehabilitation and locomotor system rehabilitation programme.
Luna Island Hotel is a 15-minute drive away from the town of Novalja and the famous Zrće beach known for its festivals and rich nightlife. The hotel offers shuttle service to and from Novalja and Zrće Beach, as well as tickets and special packages for various parties.

Review 11：Wi-fi did not work in our room, or floor, only near the reception and the pool. My husband had food poisoning after eating in the bar of the hotel (cheeseburger). One afternoon we were sleeping in our room, and the maid knocked on the door. She wanted to allow STRANGERS to come into our room, because those people were staying in our room from next day and they wanted to have a look at the room... very very unprofessional. 1. She disturbed and waked us up, and 2. if we are not in our room, she allows strangers to our room, where our private staffs are?

All i can say if you heading to any festival in Novalja or Zrće you will need a rent a car or pay a fortune on taxi because hotel is 20min drive from there and if you want to relax in nice and peaceful area then definitely this hotel is for you! Review 15：The staf was not very friends. .if you had a question it was to much. It is very bad location it is not close to any center you have to drive 15 km for a city center. thete are no couches to the center and the taxi is very expensive.

Review 17：The staff generally (at reception and restaurant) was very kind and helpful, however, the staff by the pool could improve. We stayed 5 days and it happened twice to us that the beach towels were not available and we were just told by the pool staff that the towels are still wet so we cannot have them (which must have been very "surprising" that people coming to the pool at 10:30 am would ask for the beach towel). Also, in a 4 star hotel, I would expect to have at least some gluten free pastry / bread for breakfast.

Review 18：Generally we liked the hotel a lot. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were big, air conditioned, clean, nicely equiped. The breakfasts were nice and tasty, great variety of food (no gluten free bread for breakfast though). The pool was also nice, free sundecks, free towels, great music by the pool (not loud). Hotel has private beach, used also by non-hotel guests. The hotel is rather isolated though. There is basically nothing around the hotel (caffees, restaurants, bars) and it is 15 min drive to Novalja. But if you dont mind going to Novalja and back for partying, caffees etc., I believe it is a great choice.

Review 19：I was visiting to attend Hideout Festival, was not aware how far out thehotel was from the festival, the hotel said that they run transfers,they don'T. You have to book your own taxi and costs a bomb, weluckily made friends with other people from the festival and arrangedlifts with them. Water in the shower was freezing, cleaners nevercleaned our room. My tablets went mysteriously missing, I turned my roomupside down looking for them multiple times and they were not there,went down to the hotel reception and complained to them. They were veryreluctant to give me the complaints book (I asked four times beforegetting it) and miraculously when I went back to my room my tablets wereon my bedside table...! (One of the friends we met at the hotel also had150hrk missing from their room.....

Review 21：Getting a taxi was hard work. Occasionally the receptionist were a bit rude. Now and again we didn't have hot water and the wifi didn't reach our room. But I went with 3 of my mates as we hit Hideout festival. Distance to the festival is quite far which is good and bad! Was lovely to relax in the hotel when needed a break. But that was hardly ever haha all the DJ's from the festival stayed in this hotel including the likes of MK, Jamie Jones and route 94. One day we had a secret Hideout VIP pool party at the hotel which was good. Huxley and various other DJ's played. If your gonna book this hotel for hideout I'd say do it but you'll spend a lot on taxi's.

Review 26：Reception staff didn't have any adapters available and told me the reason is because guests lose them. I don't think that's an excuse I would have gladly paid and bought one from the hotel but they did not provide any option for that and the closest place to find one is a 20 minute car ride. Also I stayed for a festival there it takes 25 minutes to get to zrce and taxis/shuttle services are expensive. Rent a car or share taxis with hotel guests.

Review 28：It's a bit isolated,there is just one shop in the village and the people in the shop are so rude. Staff of the hotel are not helpful at all, they don't give you answers to anything and avoid helping you as much as possible. Bar staff is really rude, most of them look so miserable and don't make you feel comfortable at all. The room service is very poor, you couldn't notice if they made your room or not, they just put in place the duvet and that was it. When we arrived to the room we didn't have towels, or bathrobes or laundry bag. The service really needs sorting out because the hotel is stunning bad the service that you receive from the staff just ruin your holidays

Review 30：Food at the terrace à la carte restaurant was very bad. All meals we ordered were extremely salty. The fish soup tasted as a ready-to-cook kind bought at a supermarket. And their house wine was bad too. However, the waiter serving us was nice. Even though we expected him to offer a discount after he saw us not finishing our meals. As for the hotel it seems to have its best days behind. Stains on carpets, faulty light fixtures (at least in our room), mildew spots on the bathroom door siding and stains on curtains. Nevertheless the room was clean. The hotel surely lives off its location. However, it does need some remodeling. But they can easily stop playing loud disco music in the pool and beach areas.

Towels when they did arrive were cheap and paper thin.

Review 48：we stayed here as we were attending the festival HIDEOUT. the hotel was about a 25 minute drive away from it but i would say from seeing others accommodation that it's the best on the island so the drive was no so bad.the staff where absolutely amazing they are so happy and helpful. at breakfast there wasn't any fresh orange juice so they went to the outside bar to get some :-) the outside pool was nice and played good music through the day. the food was ok not the best but i have had worse. the room was pretty standard lots of wardrobe space and a spacious bathroom.

Review 78：The hotel is situated in the very northern part of the island, easy to access with a car. The bed was fantastic, the room was clean, there was free Wifi available. We ordered beverages from the bar at the pool every day and it turned out to be not expensive at all. The private beach is very nice and probably one of the biggest benefits plus the view - do get a room with a sea view, preferably with a balcony (we got an upgrade).

There is a village 300m away with a shop and 3-4 restaurants which serve fresh local foods at very good prices. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool and on the rocks by the swimming areas plus 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms. I had the medical massage which was very good. Breakfast and dinner is included and food was delicious, very varied and fresh. The water looks like a huge lake with a 280 degree view, it was just stunning. We watched the sunset each night and had cocktails at the bar. I never wanted to leave & one day will return.

Review 105：Although the setting was beautiful, the hotel was difficult to get to, and as we were not part of an organised trip, the taxi fare from the hotel to the nearest bus stop was very expensive. The weather was poor when we visited the hotel and despite the fact that the hotel guide said that the bar opened until 11pm, it closed at 10pm which was very disappointing. With the exception of the grounds and beach, i was very disappointed with the hotel and the service was average. Receptionist did not ask if everything was ok, and although we were staying half board, the hotel added in little extra costs such as charging for orange juice in the morning. This was not obvious until you checked out. I would not go back.

Review 107：I think the only negative thing can be if you want to go out in the evening you'll need a car. Jaksinica is nice, small village but there are not many things to do. Would be a little bit bored here for one week but great choice for a few nights.

Review 108：It's definitely not a mass-tourism hotel, but a small and nice 4* one in a nice, tiny village. Great for a few nights to relax and enjoy doing nothing by the sea with sometimes having a short trips around the north part of Pag. I loved the large room, huge bathroom and comfortable and oversized bed. Majority of the rooms have balcony (unfortunately chairs or not the most comfortable there). The food was also good compared to the average hotel ones and they had great selection of wines during dinner. The beach and the bar next to it will be your favorite one :)

Review 112：The air conditioning the in the room would not cool the room to a comfortable temperature for the entire stay. We addressed this with the staff on numerous occasions but it was never fixed; we had two very uncomfortable nights of sleep. The WiFi in the room never worked as advertised; again this was brought up to the staff and the problem was never fixed. Though, the location, food, and facilities were great, the stay was not worth the money. Recommend not going during the summer months.
