Review 1：I didn't like cleaning woman took my things from room while she was cleaning. Later she gave me back chanel powder and told me that she took it accidentally. So just be careful about your things there.

Review 3：great position close to Ferry terminal, close to or in the Old Town, extemely efficient and helpful staff, fabntastic buffet breakfast. bit hard to find by car, but everywhere in Porec would be!

Review 10：I was a little disappointed in the size of the pool, although, to be fair, it rarely got really crowded. There were occasionally problems with space for loungers. A bigger issue was that I could see black mould on the tile grouting and the filter grilles around the edge, plus some actually floating in the water. A shortage of chlorine I think.

Review 27：-noise during the night ( Cafe del Mar under the hotel was having a club party the first night we stayed there. You can hear everything, even arguing, screaming and fighting between drunken youth at 4 in the morning. On Saturday night there was a wedding in a villa in the other side of the street, just in the front of the hotel and when they finished it at 6 in the morning, they started to listen their own loud music in the cars. It is really a shame that a 4 star hotel can't fix that!!! I can't imagine how would it be if we were in high season. - possibility of fruit tea at the breakfast - absolutely too expensive parking -no sound-proof rooms (we can hear a TV from another room) - weird system in the shower, the pipe was constantly falling apart - strange feeling of some personnel if you are young or look young you don't deserve a 4 star hotel

Review 36：The hotel is beautiful. Old charm and modern conveniences. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The lighting is great and the bathroom is large and well appointed. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The free rides to nearby locations is a real plus. Liked it so much we returned to Porec a week after our first stay and spent another night. The location to the restaurants and shopping is perfect. The views of the water are spectacular. A definite must to stay here.

Review 37：A nightclub across the bay pounded out music until 6.30 a.m at least 4 of the nights we stayed there. The Grand Hotel Palazzo is not a cheap place to stay and it is a shame that this affects people staying there.

Apparently all the showers do this and they said they will be getting repaired during January when they close.

Porec is a great city -- lovely seaside town -- muchquieter and less tacky than all the towns (like Split) that cater to thecruise lines. But certainly not too quiet -- there is a thriving nightlife -- great restaurants and fun bars (and no cruisers!) We highlyrecommend this town and this hotel.
