Review 1：I booked room with side sea view. The first room I was given had no sea view. The second room had a single glass door next to the fridge and if you stood there you could see the sea. The music from the beach bar - boom, boom, boom - was very disturbing on the glorious beach. Staff were not very co-operative about dealing with these matters. I had booked a no smoking room. The people in the next room spent most of the day (from before 8am through till evening) on their balcony smoking so I was unable to use my side sea view balcony. The receptionist said "What can I do, do you want me to tell them they can't smoke". I paid a lot of money for this hotel and expected better.

Review 5：Food and bar service was disappointing. Breakfast items that should have been hot (eggs/bacon) were always cold and well past their best. Only buffet food available in the restaurant in the evening and it shared some of the breakfast's characteristics. The only bar was the pool bar which in the evening particularly, lacked customers, atmosphere and serving staff.

Review 9：Room was really big. Balcony was good & with the sea view. The hotel is next to the sea. So you can swim in the pool and sea any time. Close to the famous beaches. Wifi was good.

Also the location of the hotel is very good. Falassarna, Chania city, Elafonissi and Balos are close. It is a perfect place to stay and have a wonderful and relaxing holidays. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Review 15：Kissamos is ideal for family, but is not the best choice for young couple. It is a village with a few restaurants and you should walk about 1km from hotel to reach to the center. Homeless dogs on the beach. My wife was afraid of them and we were feeling uncomfortable. They were there for all 24 hours.

Our room (216) was very nice, clean and comfortable with side sea view. There was an issue with WiFi signal and hotel manager did everything to solve it providing WiFi router for our room. Breakfast was a bit predictable, but good. Private beach with nice sand. Good location close to Falassarna, Balos and Elafonissi.

Review 19：The location is very good if you are traveling trough the island with a car. Your are next to the port to catch the boat to Balos and Gramvousa. Nice quite beach to relax. It is a nice place to stay while visiting other areas.

The hotel is on a fantastic sandy beach and everything was very easy to access. A lovely peaceful holiday in the sun. Kissamos is a lovely town with history bars and restaurants as well as great bus links to others beaches and Chaina town.
