Review 1：Lack of drinks at dinner. Gulls begin to yell at four in the morning. The lack of air conditioning.

Review 7：That was the worst place where we ever been! We did get two rooms in the basement, there were dirty and on the roof of the bathroom were blight! We wanted to get a new rooms and we did receive it, but there were also dirty. The hotel did not innovate since long time ago! Everything was worn. The quality of the food are poor, not fresh, we could not decide what kind of food they did offer... We stayed just one night, because it was terrible... and thanks to good we could book another hotel in the nearby. The pictures of the hotel are not true.If you want to avoid a disappointment than do not go to this hotel!!!!

Review 8：Semmi/nothing/nichts

Review 9：bathroom was very old but they did their best to try and keep it as clean as possible, if you want to go to Porec you have to drve there and of course pay for parking, no aircon, no wifi (available upon payment but only in the lobey and it is extremely expensive - 3,5 eur/h), lines in the dining room are quite long but nothing you couldn't handle since the hotel is the cheapest one around in top season.

Review 10：Good breakfast and dinner, hotel is close to a very nice beach with lots of shade, clean bed, verg good value for money especially if you only stay up to 1 week (bad things tend to bother you more if you stay longer). If you are a basic tourist and you are lookng for afordable accomodation this is the perfect choice.

Review 11：No Aircon !!!! Impossible to sleep during July because of the hot temperature. Single Room too small. Total confusion at the time of Breakfast/Dinner. Food always the same every day. Almost no Bar-Restaurants around the Hotel, you need the car to go out at evening. Free Wifi only at the reception.

Review 13：First night we got a non sea view room, although I reserved the sea view room already in January. We had to move the second day, was a bit uncomfortable to have to pack first two days, but we eventually got a very nice room. All travellers to this location should be aware that smoking and non smoking rooms are not separated. We had chain smokers next door so had to put up with their smoke coming into our room , as the windows were open of course. No air conditioning, be prepared with a fan. No specification of allergic food, kitchen staff speak very little English.

Review 14：The view was perfect, the hotel is clean, pool and surroundings are very clean. The sea view room was nice, and well maintained. Food selection was good, we had half board.

Review 15：Room dirty, blood and glass on floor, told reception, 6 hours later glass swept and blood left, campsite near by had a good selection of cleaning products so cleaned room myself. Black mould all over bathroom, take some bleach with you, the rooms are dirty and rotten.

Review 19：The rooms were smaller than cabins in cruiser. Comfortness was under accaptable level. The condions in the hotel are very poor. So far I have never seen hotel to look so bad and not maintenance so long time. The maid were washing the tiles around the hotel, and the dirty water was falling in the pool where the clients are swimming after 2 hours. However, even if the hotel is old and ruined, it can at least serve decent food. I start with dinner, where I was amazed how poor and unaccaptable it is. I hope that breakfast it would be ok, it was worse than the dinner. The food was bellow the human level. I felt myself like I have paid in some hospital with ruined cantina where they serve the food for the hungry people.

Review 20：Location one the best in the region.

Review 21：The owner is a very friendly and kind guy who welcomed us with his home made liquor, which was pretty good one. The location is excellent if you are visiting Plitvicka lakes. Free wifi, plenty of space for parking, clean and quiet room (it is not located by the main road, which is good). Excellent value for money. I would recommend this apartment to everybody for a short stay.

Review 24：The pictures are very misleading. The hotel is dated and poorlymaintained. The ceiling of our bathroom was covered with green mould.Staff was unpleasant. Would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Review 28：The bathroom is run-down, the canalisation stinks, the wardrobe stinks (I was afraid that my clothes would take over the smell so I had to keep everything in my suitcase), the room is tiny, the internet is slow, expensive and unreliable, the elevator is so slow that it's not worth taking it. It's not an expensive place but it's NOT worth the money. The management just wants to rip you off without the necessary investment in the infrastructure. Really a disappointment.

Review 33：Great position, 50m from the sea (5 minutes drive to Poreč, bus also available), nice big pool, nice nature around and great value for money (we payed 34 EUR per person, per day with halfboard, it was last minute). The complex Green lagune have tennis courts, beach voleyball, taxy boat available, rent a bike, golf course, nice walking areas....

Review 34：The staff in kittchen was really unfriendly and kind of annoying. What was really disturbing me was that in one point the waitress was standing 10 minutes behind me and waiting that I'll eat everything so she could take away my dish. Also although the dinner was until 9.00 pm at 8h40 pm you couldn't get anything more because everything was already cleaned and prepared for breakfast. I was missing the internet, nowdays you have wifi everywhere and here you have to pay 4€ for 1h which is just too much.

Checkin didn't provided us with any information about the property or amenities. But we warned that theft wasn't their responsibility. You could put things in safe - for a fee, at reception. Buffet food was poor. Bathrooms couldn't be clean if you tried. Needs to be gutted and redone. A large nail was used as the door stop in our bathroom.

Review 40：No isolation, you can hear snoring from everywhere, shower and voices. All rooms without tv and clima, very old rooms and bathrooms. We booked a room in advance for few months with balcony and they put us into half cellar room next to kanalization without balcony. Very bad food all frozen without any taste. We had half board and we ate outside. For this quality still too expensive hotel.

Review 44：The room was dirty with spider webs, spiders and ants. It was very hot and moist in the room, no air-con, not even proper ventilation. Poor sound-proofing. Meals were okay but the dining room was very crowded. It was almost impossible to get a sun chair because other guests reserve them for all day with their towels even if they are not at the pool. The staff at the reception were not too welcoming. I would not stay here again.

Review 100：Staff did not honor my room selection, but charged me the higher price. No hairdryer although the website said they did. They put me right by the pool even though I booked and paid for a seaside room with balcony.

Review 102：We booked a room with ocean view; what we got was a room where you got aglimpse of the sea only when standing in the absolute corner of thebalcony and leaned over the railing, as a big tree was blocking theview. I asked for a different room; the receptionist tried his best tofind one, but the hotel was almost booked out. He eventually did find aroom, which he gave to me – however, from this room there was no oceanview at all because a huge bush and some trees were standing right infront of the balcony.

Review 103：I didn't expect much from a two star hotel, but here they have theworst food I have ever experienced. Everything tastes badly. The onlything that was fresh were vegetables. You have to pay for all thedrinks, noothing is included. We payed 120 euro for the double room withbreakfest and dinner. But it was worth 40 euro tops.
