Appartements Achenssee enjoy a quiet location surrounded by meadows, a 5-minute walk from the centre of Maurach and a 10-minute walk from the Achensee Lake. All apartments have a mountain-view balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Karwendel Ski Area is 1.9 miles away and the Kristlum Ski Area is 5 miles away. A free shuttle bus leaves for the ski areas every hour. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Cross-country skiing tracks start behind the house. Cross-country skiing equipment is available on site for free.
In summer, the area around the Achensee apartments is great for hiking, mountain biking and swimming.

Review 4：Everything was perfect! Very well furnished apartment, even kitchen has everything you need. Apartment is maybe 15 mins walk from the lake, which is great and there are restaurants and cafes near by. Although we couldnt see the lake from our apartment balcony, view of the mountains was really great!

Review 5：Nice and quiet location, surrounded by green meadows. Not so far from the lake and from center of Maurach. Very clean appartment, a lot of space and a very nice balcony.

Review 6：The apartment only had two electric plates, which made it impossible to keep anything hot, and only one pan and one frying pan, not that we needed to cook a meal but to have a cooked breakfast would have been nice. Apart from that, which we didn't consider too much of a problem everything else was great

Review 12：Nica an clean, kitchen fully equipped and a separate bedroom for the kids. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and ski-lifts. Sunshine skiing for 6 days straight, can hardly be any better.

Review 13：- the beds were old, not confortable at all, in the living the beds were very small, not really ok for 2 weeks - in 2 weeks no one came to clean bathrooms.

Review 15：Ski resorts nearby are not too high, hence they end season early and need to drive a bit to other ones (Beginning of April).
