Ideal for either an activity packed holiday or quiet break away from your usual routine, this hotel is situated on the sea front in the small and charming fishing village of Porto Heli.
There are many boutiques, cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops and nightclubs for your enjoyment in the village. Or you could take to the beach for some swimming, snorkelling or windsurfing. Other sites of interest in the area include Epidavros, Mycanae and island tours to Spetses, Hydra and Poros.
The hotel is open all year round and is a family run business with just 22 rooms, all overlooking the bay. The Rozos family has its roots firmly in Porto Heli, most of them having been born here or nearby and the present owners have been living here all their lives.

Review 1：Lack of proper information by the hotel manager during the check in which resulted in being locked out of the hotel in the middle of the night.

Review 2：Quite comfortable and clean room with small fridge and a/c. The room view is excellent.

Review 3：Housekeeping was not up to the mark. The changing of bedsheets not done everyday, provision of soaps and tea-coffee stuff in the room was not done on regular basis.

Review 4：Best possible location! My room has spacious balcony overlooking sea. The manager was co-operative. Breakfast has good choices and the ambience of dining area is of good taste.

Review 7：The hotel cat had the habit of climbing up onto the breakfast serving table and grazing the food. The hotel manager/owner was aware of this characteristic but did not seem too peoccupied by it, or not as much as he should have been. Also the WFI did not reach the rooms. Lastly ( and commonly in Greece) the public/bar areas were full of people smoking without inhibition which made the ground floor a no-go area for non smokers.

Review 8：The small en suite room had a terrific vew over the bay with its own balcony. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was generous. The price was very attractive.

Review 9：As location by itself Porto Heli was a huge disappoinntment, a realwasteland, tons of garbage everywhere, rude people(be aware of the cardrivers,they are very dangerous). Very expensive restaurants ( think ofprice coordination), with completely tasteless cuisine. Totallyoverpriced. The hotel itself: must do something about this horriblesmell on the second floor, it's a must. And daily cleaning needsimprovement.

Review 11：The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable enough. A great value for money hotel. There was lots of variety for breakfast and it was restocked quickly. The staff were helpful and were able to provide information about the area. We had a sea view room which had a fantastic view of the boats and the city lights.

Place itself is very nice, within walking distance of the centre and grocery store. air conditioner works very good. nice terrace. if you come home very late and forgot your key at the hotel, the guard will give your key and open the doors.(otherwise main entrance is closed) Comparing to the AKS Porto Heli hotel which is just right next to Rozos, ROZOS doesn't loose at all but is about 100 eur cheaper. Certainly recomend
