Review 1:Norma is a legend! We landed to tea/coffee, hot apple tart with cream and fruit cake. She chatted away to us and was very engaging. We had an offer of a lift into town, we came home to warm beds and were allowed pick when we wanted breakfast. We got a banquet for breakfast and were even given freshly made scones to take away. All in all, I couldn't recommend this place enough.

The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of choices available. Very flexible and understanding around check-out as we were at a wedding the night before. Would recommend highly.

Review 14:The B and B was easy to find with lots of sign postage. Tea/coffee and scones with delicious homemade jam on arrival. Warm and friendly atmosphere - Norma the owner is lovely. Unlimited access to hot drinks and biscuits with stand on the landing outside our room. Yummy breakfast with lots of toast.

Review 24:There are so many positives and NO negatives! The property itself was immaculate and the food was heavenly. Norma's personality made us feel so at home. The scenery/peacefulness and accommodations......right down to the fluffiest towels guarantee a definite return to this beautiful B&B . We have been singing the praises of Norma's delicious and massive breakfast to all our friends and would highly recommend this wonderful B&B.

Review 25:We absolutely loved our stay here. Norma is beyond lovely. So welcoming and friendly - it felt like we'd come home! Such a quiet, peaceful location, comfy beds and good shower. And free wifi throughout the house, if you need it. We were treated to scones and tea upon arrival, a delicious breakfast of porridge, eggs, salmon and fruit, and sent on our way with some scones for the road. This place is great. Definitely recommend. And well sign-posted from the main road.

Review 26:It´s imposible to find anything and, if it exists, be sure that Norma will delete asap

Review 27:Everything; it was memorable, one of the best places I have ever been; absolutely comfortable, warm atmosphere, relax, great location, landscape and, over all, the hospitality of Norma, doing everything for make it you the stay as much happy and comfortable as she can. Even, it´s impossible to define the breakfast, everything deliciously homemade for Norma (best scones I have ever eat), primorously served, copious amounts; I haven´t words; The only thing I can do for explain it properly is to say you: Come and see it by your own!

Review 28:there was nothing we didn't like

Review 29:kind and friendly host who went out of her way to assist us with locating local attractions we might like to visit. We were welcomed with home made scones. Norma made us the most amazing breakfast with fresh country fare and the most delicious pancakes. Friendly family members also visiting introduced themselves and really made us feel welcome. the place is a little out of the way and you need a car to get there but it is well signed and easy to follow when your phone battery dies and google maps lets you down!

Review 30:Perhaps the awkward turn off the main to get to the approach road to Ard Na Greine? But well worth asking directions to!

Review 31:This is an excellent place to stay in a beautiful location in rolling hills. The reception is warm & friendly. The food - much locally made - is of high quality. The place is spotlessly clean and well-looked after with real pride. I would recommend Ard Na Greine to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in the W. Cork area.

Review 34:Stayed in Ard na Greine Country House this week as I was on some business in the West Cork area. Have to say was a lovely experience, a warm welcome, with a cup of tea and some home made scones from a very nice host. Will without a doubt recommend to anyone.

Review 35:A bit off the beaten track, no cafes or shops in walking distance (though other travellers could like this) Ensuite very cramped - toilet and (excellent) shower in separate cubicle but hand basin in bedroom

I was unwell during our stay (food poisoning from previous location) and she was very lovely and helped guide us to a pharmacy and take care of me as if I was her own family. made the world of difference and despite being unwell I was as comfortable as I could have been.

Review 38:You are out in the countryside, so just be aware of the driving. That said, you're only 10 minutes outside of town and a good navigation app will get you there fine. That said, the experience is more than worth the extra few minutes to get there!

The breakfast area was small enough for everyone to converse, so I talked to the other visitors every morning.
