Review 1：WiFi coverage terrible in room and slow. Smell of smoking from next door balcony. Breakfast buffet limited range, indifferent quality. We ate in town after first experience.

Review 3：Quality and selection of food, poor compared to other Cretan hotels of the same category, but abundant. In the morning after a certain hour they cut off hot water, if you go to reception and complain they action it and after 15 minutes you get it. They do not redo the bed entirely, they leave you with a clean top sheet for you too place. It was the two of us, they gave us only one big towel for the shower and two small hand towels. It looks like they do not have much staff as you see the same women cleaning the rooms and in the breakfast room in the morning. The fridge in the room is not cold enough for the food not to go off. The umbrella and the sun loungers in front of the hotel cost you 5 euro even if you are staying at the hotel, while if you go just a few yards towards the village they are free if you just get a coffee. The hotel looks pretty new but maintenance is very poor. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom so it gets wet everywhere. If you come back to the hotel later than 19 pm you will have to walk through people having dinner while you are wet an sandy coming from the beach, if your room is on that side of the hotel, you have no chance, you can' t go anywhere else. Location and pool are really very nice. You are on the outskirts of the village so it is very quite, but so is the whole of Kissamos to be honest. People are nice.

Review 6：The hotel is right on the beach and the staff is warm and friendly. Great source for advice is Roula --owner and life of the hotel. The pool is great and beach chairs/umbrellas are provided. Room furniture is dated, but beds are very comfortable. You get plenty of chairs to sit on your balcony.

Review 8：The hotel is right on the beach, with its own beach parasols and sun loungers (5 euros/day), lovely pool, pool bar, and some of the rooms over look the sea. Staff are charming, kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fine, more than enough to eat, and most people ate outside by the pool - except on very windy days. The hotel is on the edge of the town, and there is a 7-10 minute walk to the nearest seaside taverna (The Cellar) which is also the best in town. To get there you need to pass the football stadium, which for some reason was built on the sea front as well. In the 10 days we were there the stadium was used for a lot of training but no matches as far as we were aware, and certainly no noise. The beach has sand and pebbles - we bought rubber shoes to make getting in and out of the sea a little easier. The hotel also has a little shop where you can buy bottled water, wine, postcards, suncream and many other things. It is no more expensive than the shops in the centre of town. Our room overlooked the sea, and I think rooms in this block definitely have the best views.

Good and varied breakfast. Large and spacious rooms. Very nice view of the sea if you are fortunate to have a beach view room. Comfortable beds excellent resting quality.

Review 18：There is not too much grass and trees in the area, so it is not the best to stey there by the pool. Food was good, but not excellent. Hotel didn´t have deck chairs for free. V areálu není moc zeleně, prostor kolem bazénu není nijak extra velký, není to na to, proležet půl dne u bazénu. Hotel nemá lehátka na pláži zdarma.

Review 19：Very nice and helpful staff, well-furnitured and clean room, nice and spacy swimmingpool, small "tourist shop" in the hotel (food, suncreams, after burn creams, ...). Personál byl velice milý a nápodobný, v areálu je pěkný bazének a malý obchůdek s trochou jídla, opalovacími krémy, a vším nutným, co by člověk mohl potřebovat. Slušné vybavení pokojů nábytkem, prostorný pokoj.

The hotel is right on the beach with no road in the way, making it ideal for children. The location is excellent, there are plenty of tavernas in walking distance and Kissamos is a great town, a proper working town, not just a resort.
