Review 4：The people were friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful, and the food was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner! We really couldn't ask for more! The location was in a lovely neighborhood rather than right downtown in the middle of chaos. We were very pleased and looking forward to returning.

Review 12：Hotel is far from the centre so if you are without a car it can be a long walk to the centre - 45 mins, especially if you have small children with you. We booked an extra single room for our friend, his room was small. The children complained that the extra beds in the family room were hard, also the bed in the single room was hard, but the big bed in the family room was very nice and comfortable. There was a bad smell in the shower.

Review 13：Hotel is well maintained, very clean. Car parking is very easy - you hand your keys to the valet and he takes care of your car. Check-in was fast. They also offer free parking in the centre in the underground parking of the City Hall, which is a nice treat. We stayed in a family room - it was big, bed was huge and comfortable. There was a nice sitting area in the room with a second TV and a stereo system. Staff were very polite and all of them spoke very decent English, so no trouble in communication. Breakfast was varied with plenty of things to choose from in the hot and cold buffet. Bathroom was very big with both shower and a bath, plenty of towels and nice amenities.

Review 26：The computer in the lobby is way beyond the retirement date; internet is painfully slow, and unfortunately all major sites default to Greek. (I found this a problem in other touristy locations in Greece).

And the breakfast is out of this world, seriously, and served by the pool which is at breakfast time cleaned by a cute robot. Hotel is walking distance to the Zeitinlik military cemetery, and guests also have free parking at downtown close to the boardwalk and all the museums.

Review 36：I 'd like to be fair. I have not a single complaint for that hotel. Though, philosophically a perfect 10 would mean that there is no room for improvement. There is something that was not a problem for me, but may impact others. The official open hours of the pool is from morning until 7pm. Though, during the weekend I stayed there, the one day it closed at 5pm and the other at 3pm. Both for reasons of organising other events for external customers. The fault is that there is no notice before the booking, so no one will get informed before reaching the hotel. But don't forget, it's still a 9,6/10 hotel!

Review 49：You could hear everything happening in the hallway, walls are thin. "Superior" room was built around a pillar of a building or something, it had the bed at an angle to the small window. Valet parking means you have to take the keys from the valet each time you need the car. Pool is super small and closes at 7PM. Location is not great, you have to take the car to the city centre.

Review 64：Vey small balcony. Small pool area and therefore limited opening hours. The hotel uses the pool lounge are as a dining area during breakfast and dinner.

Review 65：Having read some of the comments we were a bit concerned about the location. We actually found it excellent. Except one concert the location is very quiet, the supermaket is in the same building and you have restaurants and bars a few meters away. It takes a couple of minutes with a taxi to reach the city center, the hotel even offers free parking at the city hall if you wish to drive your self. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent, not with a variety of a 5 star hotel but with high quality of food offered. They have valet parking and the staff was really friendly and helpfull.

Review 80：This hotel is really amazing. Unfortunately I was there for business and I could not take advantages from their relax services.

Review 81：Room smelled kind of like cigarette smoke when we arrived (probably because of the AC unit) and we had twin beds, even though I asked for a double bed in my reservation. So we had to wait for the kind staff to fix it up for us. The staff was also really helpful and made everything possible to switch rooms after the smell in the room lingered on. New room was OK, but still not smelling fresh (that didn't change despite venting it extensively). Because of the disability access design, you can't possibly take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor. You then have to wipe it up if you don't want to step into a pool of water. Both Saturday and Sunday mornings the maids woke us up at 9am by making too much noise while cleaning some other rooms, chatting and moving through the corridors. The mattress on the bed was very, very firm, both mornings we woke up stiff because of it. Not comfortable at all, and we are used to sleeping on a firm mattress. Bathroom amenities were sub-par. Overall, I really don't think we had a 5-star experience in this hotel, besides the helpful staff.

Review 88：It's actually the only five star hotel in town which can accommodate a large family like ours at a normal, affordable price. It also has its own parking space which a prerequisite for us. It's a bit far from the centre as one cannot go downtown on foot but the bus stop is very close and the bus service is very frequent. Breakfast is amazing with anything one can ask for and it's available till late so there's no way it'll ever be crowded. The family room is really a small apartment rather than a room, very comfortable, with large wardrobes and a spacious bathroom. The kids love it.

It is quite far form the city center, but the taxi costs 5.70eur (extremely cheap I would say), also the hotel provides the underground parking in the city center (I used it once, but it is valid for the entire stay). Review 102：We booked a double bed but it had two single mattresses on it. Really uncomfortable for a couple. The toilet broke 3 times within 48 hours and they could not get a fix on it nor change the room. (it was probably never working in the first place but we spent both days out of the hotel) Some stuff members constantly left the fire exit doors(or the doors to the stairs) wide open which allowed to travel the noise from the kitchen up to the 3rd floor where we stayed during night time. At the check out they tried to charge us with some items from the mini bar which we never took however upon stating it they removed the items from the list.(room service should be way more thoughtful when they refill items because we actually used nothing yet they thought we did. Unprofessional for a 5 star hotel)

Review 103：The stuff was generally helpful and knowledgeable. The bartender always looked after us when we stayed at the pool or had our dinner. The breakfast had a variety of food. We really liked it. however if you will check out early(before the bf starts) they will charge you extra for having it in your room.(with a couple of breads and jams on the tray only) All in all the hotel is ok, but not a 5 star for me nor worth the money that we paid for it.

Review 104：We liked everything about the hotel, our room (a suite) was large and comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of variety for all tastes. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, which meant we could get a good night's sleep, while at the same time having an easy access with our car to the center of the city and all landmarks. I regret I could not use the SPA, but I would expect the same excellence as with everything else. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

That is way we couldn't use the pool on the next day prior our departure (checking out at 12) The fridge in the room was too small and we could not use it for our needs since it was packed up with goods. Review 134：We stayed only for one night as we were on a long travel from Lefkada. We didn't mind the location as we only wanted to relax and indulge our self with some luxury. The rooms are extremely spacious with a large bad, sofa, large closet and just fabulous bathroom! Very clean. The bathroom is just what I was looking for! Fabulous vanity kit and gorgeous small shampoos and body lotions. I relaxed drinking some champagne in the tub. The breakfast was extraordinary. If you are a food lover... this breakfast will amaze you - small muffins, a selection of Greek and Italian cheese, bacon, salami, selection of juices, selection of breads, brettsel, croissant, freshly cooked dishes, fruits, delicious pastries and more and more. The pool was nothing special - small and in the afternoon crowded. But having breakfast by the pool was relaxing. The mini bar in the room is fully stocked but there is a supermarket near by.

Review 135：My car was not parked all the time in the private parking area but somewhere nearby. It was dissapointing as I chose this hotel mainly because I wanted car to be secured and this hotel had private parking.
