Review 1：Hotel lounge and dining area was too hot, very uncomfortable. The food is not great, breakfast ok, dinner salad bar was always a bit sad looking and not very fresh, they fill u up on 3 starters & then the main is smaller, the 2 meals I had there the main meal was good, the options for the fusser client are limited, we ate out most of the week in the end.

Review 2：The hotel was very clean & is now a non smoking hotel, however the smell of smoke is still around in the rooms, it will take a while for that to go completely. The gym was well equipped but needs a water machine and complementary hand towels. Super view out of the window.

Review 3：Fairly loud surrounding especially with enclosed Apres Ski bar. Breakfast was rather disappointing. Room was fairly big but not very child friendly - door lock did not exist which would be considered as standard anywhere else. Room interior needs an update. Bads and bedding were not very corfortable. Pool was ok but bathrobes and flipflops were not in the hotel room and process to lent those from pool area was a headache. Saddly this was not the best value for money although some folks may like it especially as a last minute deal.

Review 4：Hotel is located very centrally close to the cable car, supermarkets and restaurants which was a plus to us. Parking and Wifi was free. Kids area was present and fairly big. Generelle much space to move about in the lobby. Staff accommodated early checkin and seemed overally friendly.

Review 5：The staff are very friendly & helpful and can't do enough for you. 5 course evening meal was delicious and excellent value. Best location in the village

Review 7：The staff in all areas is 5 star. The menu selections are not just prepared with care and skill but obviously with love. The breakfast buffet is very well balanced to ready you for the day, not just stuff you. Rooms, wellness areas, spa are all as good if not better than promised. And make sure you meet Erich (owner) - his real name is Mr. Hospitality.

Review 8：We had to leave after only one night! The Wellness area is worthy of a week. Only other complaint is we missed the guided Alpine walk (free to Hotel guests) - as we had to check out :(

Review 9：Unbeatable location, friendly (all English-speaking) staff, spacious, light rooms, stunning alpine views and good quality food. Although centrally situated, largely peaceful (construction work on new lift station nearby was unobtrusive and not an issue).

Review 10：the only negative is that our hotel reservation was for the 22nd to 28th June 2015 but I notice the full cost for our stay ( for two rooms) was taken from my credit card on the 2nd June - 20 days before we arrived! I understood the full cost would not be taken until we arrived or 24 hours before at the very earliest.
