Review 1：Twin room ground floor excellent. Double room on first floor small with small double bed.

Review 5：We were put in room 14. Absolute nightmare, the lady told us that there would be a small amount of noise from the kitchen below. BUT WOW. The noise was horrendous and the floor was vibrating from probably a machine that was on. It was awful and made me feel physically sick with the movement of the floor!! Was just not good enough at all.

Review 13：The room we got was extremely small it would have been ideal for one person not two felt a little colstraphobic bathroom very small also, I had to search for electric mains plug socket to dry my hair it was at back of bed a bit awkward to dry my hair. I thought the price a little steep for such a basic small room.

Review 17：no food being served at hotel when we arrived had to go into city centre to the only restaurant that stays open late.. Closes at 11 so not that late! Shower in bathroom could be renewed as would not advise washing long hair, it took ages suck poor water pressure and very slow. Lovely view from room, room well presented.

Review 18：The shower controller wasn't working, We had to leave too early and we only discovered the issue in the morning so we didn't have time to get it fixed. I am sure it would have been fixed quickly if we had asked.

Review 28：Location of course was good only a short drive to the ferry. Dinner in the restaurant was nice but a bit pricey for my liking. Bathroom was really small but it wasnt a problem at all. Rooms are upstairs with no lift (didnt expect a lift in a B & B) so if you have difficulty with steep stairs might need another option

Review 78：The room. We were in Room 4 and it was tiny. The bathroom was very basis - nowhere to hang towels or put shower gel etc. The shower tiles needed a good clean - grouting dirty and the shower head should be replaced.

Review 88：The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly in making our stay in Stranraer a memorable one. I thank them for suggesting a visit to portpatrick (a photographers delight). The stunning views of Loch Ryan and surrounding country side from the Stranraer golf course was some thing to remember. (My golf game maybe I will forget that) I would recommend a stay in Stranraer to any one.

Review 92：I had a double room for single occupancy at the front of the building, which was superb and provided me with plenty of space to work during the late afternoon and early evening and and a very comfortable bed for a good and uninterrupted night's sleep. Dinner in the restaurant was superb and the following morning's breakfast, which was prepared to order, was also superb. The staff were friendly and hospitable and I enjoyed everything about this hotel. It is the first time I have stayed in it but I will ensure that it is not the last. It's ideal for business and leisure travellers and certainly not overpriced in my book.
