Review 2：The location is perfect for a night coming from thre airport or going to the airport. If the location was closer to Budapest, it would be an excellent option for a longer stay. The room was quite large, well furnished, well heated, quiet and very clean. The bathroom was perfect, clean, with window and with new hydrosanitaries. In general the hotel is much better than expected from the pictures. It is a simple but lovely structure, managed with care.

Review 3：terrible bathroom, very small, with dangerous threshold in shower, with electronic sensor tap - not possible to wash the hand and clean teeth, when you will open shower !!! be careful shower begin to fly and all around will be wet and function just 5-10 second, if you need more water need to find and put once more button.

Review 4：Better info about buses from Kobanya-Kispest metro would be good. It is easy but you need the correct info.

Review 6：Clean, comfortable, simple, efficient. Spent one night prior to flying from Ferihegy Airport. The food in the restaurant is good (had tokany, hortobagyi palacsinta, mushroom soup and gulyas). They provide a ride to the airport for 1000 HUF/person.

Review 7：The timing shower is very bad thing. I couldn't enjoy my shower . The TV is shame. Should be flat TV or bigger size.

Review 19：It is more suited to someone driving rather than using public transportation. Because it is close to airport it is about a 40 minute trip to city center by walking, bus and metro. Drivers have a place to park so not bad just need to plan for travel time. By car still about 40 minutes driving and then still need to find parking.

Review 23：The bed was really hard and the water for the shower you have to constantly push a button for it to work. It is an airplane sink shower style. Also, it felt like we were going to get hit by a car walking to the hotel. No walking path. You have to drag your suitcases on a highway to get to the hotel. Not safe.

I would say it's like a dirty motel with very old bathroom, towels and bedlinen, I was literary afraid to sleep on such old bedlinen! The hotel is taking the advantage of the fact that it is close to the airport and provides no other benefits!

Review 32：If you still decide to stay at this hotel it is really close to the airport and very easy to get to/from the airport by bus 220 E(first stop, but do not forget to press the button in the bus, otherwise it will not stop), the hotel is max 5 min from the bus stop. The hotel shuttle to/from the airport is way too expensive!

Review 33：I have stayed here in the past and loved it. But this time the room felt very small for 3 people, as well as the bathroom. The wi-fi was not strong at all. I did ask for a room downstairs, as I had stayed there before with 3 people and the rooms were bigger. But they would not accommodate my request. Also when I went to the front desk, to inquire about something that my daughter had left in the car, the staff was looking at a site on the internet with naked girls. Not appropriate at all!

Review 41：We got room under the roof, very small, felt claustrophobic Impossible to sleep on a horrible silicone pillow and under the syntetic cover which was a real torture. We hoped for a short sleep after a long car drive before departure back home but instead that was the worst overnight time ever!!! Review 49：Almost nothing to complain about. Only the push-button water faucets in the bathroom were irritating. While taking a shower, you have to push the button every 15 seconds. To rinse your toothbrush, you have to put your hand in front of the sensor to keep the water running.

Charmingold-world atmosphere, a little green oasis on a busy industrial street.Sat in the garden the afternoon we arrived and enjoyed a delightfulcheese platter. Later we had soup for dinner, which was delicious. Roomabsolutely adequate and hotel rates very reasonable. Staff friendly anddriver arrived on schedule for our 4:30 am trip (8 euro) to the airport,which took less than 5 minutes - really! Worth the cost to be stress-free about getting to the airport on time.

Review 83：We were at this place twice - upon landing, and on the way to our returnflight, when we accompanied a family of friends who flied out the nextmorning (we didn't spend there a second night, only had dinner).On arrival, our flight was delayed, and when we arrived late at night with two sleepy kids and a lot of luggage we were astonished to discover that the room we reserved was given to someone else and there were no suitable rooms left! The owner offered to drive us to another location he owns, but given the hour and the state of the kids that was not an option. We ended up occupying two adjacent rooms which were cramped, poorly furnished, and not extremely clean. We then discovered that the room with the double bed had no running water in it! When we pointed that out to the proprietor, he showed us a dry watermark on the ceiling of the hall below the room, and said that there was a leak in the room ("just yesterday") and they had to turn off the water... All in all, an experience we would not find surprising at a third world country, but totally unacceptable in a place getting the score this place gets on booking.com. When we returned with our friends, they got a clean and spacious room, with a modern bath. Notably, no one thought we should be compensated for what happened ("I give you two rooms for the price of one"). Only after I mentioned how inappropriate this was we were grudgingly given an insignificant discount over the reservation price. All in all, the place is very reasonable, IF THEY CHOOSE TO HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. I suspect the rooms we were given are not really occupied most of the time, so perhaps all is well with this place, EXCEPT FOR THE CONDUCT!

Review 84：An inexpensive place to sleep next to the airport. Located in a rathercommercial area, but has a friendly atmosphere. Has a tiny back yardwith a slide for the kids and a cage with a couple of rabbits... Prettygood breakfast, and very reasonable dinner.

Review 99：A bit far from Budapest proper (about 30 minutes by car, 1 hour by public transport), so probably not the best place if your goal is to spend several days in Budapest as a tourist. They do provide very affordable drop-off and pick-up in Budapest, though. So, if you're only there for a day or so, the convenience of being close to the airport may outweigh the distance from the city.

They provide super affordable shuttle service (more like a private driver, really). Loved the gardens -- a peaceful retreat.
