Review 2：Nothing :) Perhaps the beach is not like the one in Falassarna or Elafonissi but quite good also.You just have to go a bit further from the hotel as there are many rocks.

Review 3：The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay in the hotel! If you have any questions, it was always so easy to ask. The room was spacy, modern, the balcony overlooked the sea. Many supermarkets nearby, although prices differ significantly. Best ones were in Carrefour and Inka. Breakfast did not have a lot of choice but the food was delicious. We also ordered dinners - the portions were very big and tasty.

Review 5：We booked this hotel after reading all the great reviews - they were right! We went for a week in September and loved it. The hotel is wonderful. It's modern, so clean and the rooms are large. We had a room at the front over looking the beach but all the rooms have a sea view. The staff are all so nice, the food was lovely and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The pool is great and kept very clean and the beach right in front of the hotel is great, no need to go anyway else. The hotel is close to some great restaurants is walking distance. Can't recommend this hotel enough! Really enjoyed our stay

Review 6：I had serious health problems after arriving at Nautilus Bay, serious enough for me to require urgent spinal surgery on my immediate return to the UK. Not only did the staff ensure that my care needs were met, they ensured that the rest of my family were able to enjoy their stay. They also made arrangements for my transport to the airport and that I got the best of treatment from local practitioners. Just brilliant! A beautiful hotel, remarkable service and a superb authentic Cretan location. When I have recovered, we will most certainly return!

Review 10：The staff at this hotel were super friendly and welcoming. The hotel was so clean and our room was massive with a lot of room to unpack our suitcases. The pool was always cleaned and pool area was great for hanging out around.

Review 15：The staff doesn't care, the food is sub-par and not local (I would rather pay less and not have half board rather than being served cheap and bad food), the local beach is not great. Even though most rooms will be listed as "Sea view", there are only 2 rooms in the whole hotel with direct sea view. For every other room, you have to go out on the balcony and turn your head to see the sea.

She extremely helpful during my stay, giving me information on the area (about nice beach also) The two bar men were very friendly, helpful and they all have a great sense of humor ... Food is really very good in quality and quantity, but choice is limited.

The air conditioner in the rooms stops working every time you open the window, even if it's for less than a minute. A bit uncomfortable the access to the sea but nothing impossible.

Review 34：finding the hotel in Kissamos took us a while at evening as there were almost no signs and the address didnt show an exact location on the navigation. Though the hotel offers a few sunbeds on the beach, the taverna next door reserves most on the beach and moved us to other sunbeds as we werent interested in their offerings.

Review 35：We planned our travel in Crete in 3 different hotel but this was the best location as the hotel in Kissamos is very near Chania by car and has almost a straight road. The hotel is by the beach and offers a nice breakfast. As we were a family with a child the pool offered us also enjoyable time. The owner George Mazarakis was most of the time at the reception desk and all the staff were helpful all the times. So this is a must go hotel for all the travelers to Crete.

Review 43：We had a room with a big balcony facing toward the sea and swimming pool, was a nice feeling to fall asleep listening to the waves. Room was big and cleaned daily. The room also had a small kitchenette with fridge, stove and even some dishes for those who prefer to cook their own food. The hotel is located close to the Balos Lagoon (30-40 mins driving), which is a MUST to see once you get to Crete. By car it is about 45 mins driving from Chania airport. In overall we are very satisfied with our hotel choice and recommend it. The owners are super friendly people as well.

Review 44：We have booked room with seaview for two. But what we got was room for four with two balconies: first one to the back side of the hotel (poor-poor view), and second balcony was right beside that "river" with frogs. The sea is right after that "river" and some huge sporting ground, i.e. I can't name that room "seaview"

Review 45：The best thing about this hotel is breakfast: it's tasty, good choice of food for morning. Also the hotel is quite close to the Chania airport, so it's rather easy to get there. The beach is right near the hotel, but some unknown river or channel runs into it from one side of the hotel. That "river" is the source of constant sound of piping of frogs at night.

Review 50：it was a good surprise for the price: spacious, luxurious feel, excellent king size bed, great balcony and view. Nice to have the restaurant available from 12pm to 22:30 downstairs, cocktails and food on the beach or pool. It has been, one of our best lodging in Crete. on top of that, you will get fresh squeeze orange juice for Breakfast.

Review 51：roons overlooking beach great but those overlooking basketball court not so good. The most annoying fact was that everywhere we went in Crete the people were wonderful but here the staff and owner could hardly say hello. would stay in Kissamos again but not this hotel.

Review 67：This isn't the fault of the hotel, but I wouldn't recommend coming here to experience the city before the weather is beach appropriate. We ended up leaving town both days we stayed to enjoy sights outside the city and ended up walking around one of the nights for nearly an hour before we could find a decent place to eat. The room was also really cold at night and we all had to wear multiple layers and have the heating on to be comfortable.

I have that quite often when adjusting to new beds, but my wife never has back issues, the beds seemed as if they needed new mattresses. When we told the staff on the day we left they wrote it down and thanked us for the honest feedback and said they will look into replacements.

Review 98：Nice small hotel with very kindness and helpful staff. Ask for same hiking circulates or hidden villages and you will get great informations. Very nice place to discover non touristic West Crete. There you can enjoy creten nicest beaches Balos Beach, Falasana, ... and the beautiful outback with its orange and lemon plantages. Only requirement is a car. .. fortunately, disco, party and action you won´t find there.

Review 99：the only fault was there wasn't much kitchen equipment, we had to eat our cereal in tea cups. However we mainly had breakfast at the hotel.

Review 100：All of the staff members were so lovely. Giannas, Marta, George and Isabella were all so friendly and welcoming. We had alot of laughs with the Barman, he played all our favourite music whenever requested. Our taxi driver Mikos was ever so friendly, met us at the airport and bought each of us bottles of water. The accommodation itself was very relaxing, pool was great, and beach is just outside. The chef was very impressive, we only ate at a different restaurant twice, but the hotels was by far the best. Hotel also helped arrange a trip to see Balos lagoon which is a must see! we really enjoyed our stay, thank you Nautilus Bay!
